Upon first walking into the vibrant, blue, front door, you'll come into the main living area. Bright and comfortable, this space boasts ample seating and a large TV for your family's viewing pleasure. Grab one of the provided board games and participate in some playful competition. Heading into the kitchen you'll find plenty of space to cook up your favorite meals. Complete with a breakfast bar, and ample counter space, this space is sure to spark joyful conversation and laughter throughout the duration of your stay. In the primary bedroom, you'll discover an en suite bathroom equipped with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other rooms are subtly decorated with cheerful Mickey Mouse and friends decor, sure to get the kiddos excited for their upcoming park experience!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
