The Deck House on Black Lake

The Deck House is a spacious, year-round lakeside retreat on Black Lake, designed for guests who want room to relax, gather, and spend time outdoors. At 3,000 square feet, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and features two separate decks.

Inside, the house opens into a bright, large living area where floor-to-ceiling windows keep the lake in view from nearly every angle. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area make the space ideal for cooking, eating, and relaxing as a group. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large peninsula with seating for six. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide seating for up to eight guests. The living area is designed for comfort and connection, with a fireplace, an oversized sectional that converts to a queen bed, a four-person game table, and a 80-inch smart TV for movie nights. Just off the main living space, the primary deck offers seating for eight, along with a hammock, grill, and outdoor heater.

The layout is ideal for groups, with generous common spaces balanced by private bedrooms. The primary suite feels like a private retreat, featuring a king bed, dedicated work desk, sitting area with panoramic lake views, and direct access to a brand-new private deck overlooking the water. The spa-style en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single-person walk-in jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and washer and dryer. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the bunk room includes two sets of twin bunks. These rooms share a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby, complete with a tiled walk-in shower and handicap-accessible grab bars.

The Deck House includes handicap-accessible features, including an elevator from the garage to the house and accessibility features in both bathrooms, making the home comfortable and convenient for guests of all ages and abilities. Please note that the primary bedroom is accessed by a single step up from the main living area.

Accessibility Overviews
The primary entrance to the house is through the garage, which features a handicap-accessible elevator to the main living level. Both bathrooms include handicap-accessible elements and grab bars. Please note the primary bedroom and bathroom are accessed by a single step up from the main living area.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests and includes one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. An oversized sectional in the living room also converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping space.

Dock Access
Guests can head down the stairs to a semi-private dock for fishing, swimming, or kayaking. Dock access and water conditions may vary depending on season and weather.
