A great house just blocks from the beach and a few minutes drive from Fort Monroe and Hampton. Was definitely a home away from home with many conveniences like ice/water dispenser in fridge and a good washer and dryer. Enjoyed sitting on the porch area for breakfast. The master had a sitting area that would be a great retreat if I had the kids along! Will definitely stay again next time I"m visiting Buckroe/Hampton area.

Much needed us time for my husband and me. Although it was cold and on the first it was raining. We still enjoyed having a whole house to ourselves. Very quiet and relaxing. I was able to get comfortable away from home and that means a lot to me.

Fun time in VA

Nice house. Updated. Walking distance to Buckroe beach. Maybe I misunderstood when doing my research, but I was expecting Buckroe-the town that was within walking distance to be more updated with shops and other cute places to eat. Hampton was real nice with the shops and restaurants but not within walking distance. Many attractions within 30 minute drive and we had lots of fun checking them out.

First trip to Virginia and Buckroe Beach

The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of space for our family of seven. We were able to eat together at the large table. We were pleasantly surprised with the charming beach. The kids loved swimming, one night we rented rods and fished from the pier, which was wonderful. Didn’t catch much, but it was great family time. The folks at the pier were very accommodating. Loved the history markers at the beach!

Great Stay

We had an excellent stay in Buckroe Beach. The property was as described and was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was quiet and comfortable with a calm neighborhood to match. It was great to enjoy the beach in its tranquility and afar from the hustle of Virginia Beach. Proximity of the house allowed us to easily access all ends of Virginia Beach, Hampton, Portsmouth, and Newport News. The property owners were response and the check in/out processes were timely and detailed. Thanks for helping to create a memorable stay and family vacation.

Perfect location! Just 3 short blocks from beach. Excellent open floor plan!

We enjoyed it so much, we plan to make Buckroe Beach an annual family vacation spot. The house is bright, spacious and newly updated, one level which is perfect for seniors & children. Everything we needed was there. We would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Renovated Home Walk to Beach

The property description is accurate but much better in real life. The home has been renovated and everything is ultra modern.... clean and spotless....close to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Jamestown and Norfolk. Burke Beach is less than a 5 min walk and not crowded like Virginia Beach we had an awesome time and will stay again!!!

Nicely Apportioned Rental

We enjoyed our lodgings at Buckroe Beach. The house has plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Newly renovated with comfortable linens and towels. Located close to the beach and within driving distance of many area attractions, it was a perfect place to call home on our week vacation. The neighborhood is eclectic and nice for short walks.

One of our Best Vacation houses!!

Our stay was very good! The house itself is very nice, renovated and modern! Everyone was enjoying everything there. It’s very close to the beach and all the needs ( food, store, playground) are around the corner. Also it’s 30 minutes drive to Norfolk and 30 minutes drive to the Virginia Beach, just excellent place to stop! Loved it ! Didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at your beach rental. We found the home even better than the listing described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, the bath towels were nice and fluffy, the furniture was lovely and current, and it was great to have large table for meals. We liked having the streaming service and the google capability for music was great. Thanks for providing the air mattress and wow it was a really nice one with a headboard! The area was close to the beach, dining, and sights. Great house and we would recommend. Our only suggestion would be to have beach chairs and umbrellas. We flew in and would have loved this since the beach does not provide service.
