Welcome to our home in Hanover, NH! This large home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's perfect for families coming to visit their students at Dartmouth College. Located directly across the street from the campus, this home can act as your home base while you spend time getting to know the surrounding college town. Whether you're here for summer activities, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or leaf peeping in the fall, we are sure you'll enjoy your time spent in our home.


While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need.

This house is located directly in the town of Hanover, and abuts Dartmouth campus. There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and parks. Outdoor enthusiasts will love our home! Famous Pine Park, on Dartmouth campus, is directly across the street and has several hiking trails. We are also minutes from Storrs Pond Recreation Center, which includes a sandy beach, disc golf course, hiking trails, and pool. Within 10 minutes of the home are several areas for hiking, including Norwich Nature Area Trails, The Appalachian Trail, Mini Brook Nature Preserve, and others. In the winter, we have many skiing opportunities near us including Dartmouth Skiway, Whaleback Mountain, and Woodstock Nordic Center. Sunapee Mountain, Okemo, and Killington are all within an hour of our home, as well.

With Hanover hosting Dartmouth College, there are tons of great restaurants and bars within minutes of the house. Some of our favorites include Sawtooth Kitchen, Duende, Murphy's on the Green, and Pine. Of course, with the pool, library, and TV room, you may just choose to spend your vacation at the house!

Guests will have access to the first and second floor of the home, including the surrounding yard, deck, and pool. The basement floor is off limits, as is the greenhouse, garage, and indoor fire places. We do also have two long-term tenants in units connected to the home. Your rental is completely private and there is no way for either party to gain access to either rental.



This space is a well-loved and quirky home with tons of character. It boasts close to 5000 square feet of living and entertaining space. There are many ways to spend your time here. Enjoy our large and comprehensive library plus several other spaces to gather and enjoy time with your group.

***Reservations consisting of greater than 8 persons will be asked to sign a separate rental agreement which simply enforces the house rules, as specified in this rental listing.

-Please be sure to inquire with the correct number of guests to see the most accurate pricing, as group size impacts pricing.
-Under no circumstances do we allow smoking or vaping in the house or around the property.
-Per the town of Hanover ordinance, outdoor noise volume should cease after 10 pm.
-Pool is ONLY available from Memorial Day-Labor Day.
