Breakwall Retreat sits on a quiet marina cove in Harrington — a sleepy coastal town made for exactly the kind of slowing-down you've been promising yourself. We poured everything we love into this apartment, and we're truly blessed to share it with you.

Downstairs is open-plan and easy: a luxury leather sofa bed before a 65″ smart TV, a round dining table for long family dinners, a two-chair breakfast bar for slow mornings, and a properly equipped kitchen — four-zone cooktop, oven, dishwasher, a two-drawer air fryer that steams as well as it crisps, and a Fisher & Paykel fridge with water and ice on tap. We leave you four coffee pods and four milks to get things underway.

Upstairs is the Parents' Retreat — an open-plan bedroom and living space of its own, with a king bed, a 75″ smart TV and Bose soundbar, a three-seater chaise, a writing desk, and its own ensuite with a walk-in shower built for two. The second bedroom has a matching king bed, built-in charging and reading lights, and its own 55″ TV. Both beds are dressed in crisp white and chocolate linen.

The internet is NBN Fibre to the Premises at 600+ Mbps, on Wi-Fi 7, with every TV hard-wired so streaming never touches your bandwidth. The desk, the leather chair and the balcony over the palms make a working week feel like a holiday anyway.

A private courtyard with an outdoor bar fridge and infrared BBQ, and a beautifully maintained plunge pool for cooling off in the warmer months.

Walk the breakwall and spot the dolphins in the inlet. Play a round at Harrington Waters Golf Club. Fish for a flatty on the low tide. Bring the boat — the ramp is 900m away. The best coffee in town is minutes up the road, and three water's-edge pubs are within an easy stroll. Everything you need is close; the city is 45 minutes north when you miss it.

The pool is shared with the complex and isn't heated. We're a family home, not a hotel — we don't turn over linen mid-stay, but the laundry is yours, with detergent supplied. The whole complex is non-smoking and pet-free. Undercover parking for one car.
