Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Ausstattung
The stay was terrible. First the toilet was constantly running making a loud sound. Then while I was showering another couple tried entering my room which really scared me. The people said they were booked the same room. After this happened chose to checkout right away not staying the night. The front desk clerk said I could talk to the manager the next day and apologized for double booking the room and said she would make note of the running toilet. I called today to speak with the manager and the front desk clerk said the manager was out of town. Then said that there’s nothing they could do for a refund because I had three people stay in a king suite. I checked in with my husband by the way and then the front desk clerk said that the room was never double booked then she said she was the manager. This hotel is so negligent. They made up lies and completely disregard everything I went through there. I’m even nervous I won’t get back the $50 deposit I had to put down on the room I never slept at. The worst experience. If anything happens your on your own because they don’t care. I do not recommend this place.
