The properties are situated on the outskirts of Pateley Bridge with views across the fantastic countryside and beyond. To the side of the property there is a great place to sit and have a drink al fresco style whilst taking in the stunning views which surround the property. Alternatively, there is also a small patio at the front of the apartment with a bistro set to sit and have your morning coffee.

Eva Rose is a first floor apartment and you enter into the delightful open plan living area which has a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs along with a comfortable sitting area and dining table ideal for socialising. For cyclists the Pateley Bridge to Masham route and challenging Cote de Lofthouse climb featured as part of the 2017 Tour de Yorkshire and the 2019 World Cycling Championships are also nearby. Towns close by include Pateley Bridge which is a short drive away giving you quick access to shops, café’s, restaurants and pubs. The cathedral city of Ripon is 12 miles away and, further afield, the stylish spa town of Harrogate a 30-minute drive. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge.
