Many of the city`s attractions and amenities are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot. If you prefer to use ride-sharing services, Uber is readily available and a cost-efficient option for getting around town. Plus, with our complimentary underground parking for guests, you can bring your own vehicle and enjoy the convenience of having a car during your stay, whether it`s summer or winter. Navigating Hartford is a breeze from our Airbnb, no matter your preferred mode of transportation.

HVAC: The building operates seasonally. AC is available May 15 – Oct 1; Heat is available Oct 1 – May 15.

For stays of 7+ nights, guests replenish their own toiletries after the initial supply. 1 pet (up to 50 lbs) is allowed with prior approval.

Monthly Extermination Notice
There is a mandatory monthly extermination. We will always notify you in advance of the scheduled visit. The service is quick and helps keep the home clean, safe, and pest-free for every guest.

We don’t have access to a mailbox for receiving mail, so we recommend having any mail sent to the nearest post office for pickup.

We only provide one (1) set of keys per reservation.
Kindly make sure this works for your group before booking, as additional key sets are not available.

Please note the building patio is currently under renovation through Summer 2026.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.

As part of our check-in process, all guests are required to submit a valid ID and a selfie for verification, and sign the rental agreement via our online check in form before arrival. This helps us confirm reservations and keep the property secure for all guests.

Maximum number of pets allowed - 1 (maximum weight 50 lb.) must be approved first.
