Downstairs is raised several feet above ground-level & has a full kitchen with ample counter-space & cabinetry & a nice dining table.

The living room is also downstairs & opens onto a spacious screened-in porch that wraps around onto an open deck with a propane grill. There is comfortable seating & a large patio dining table in the screened porch area & ceiling fans will keep you cool on warm summer days. You’ll look down the gradual decline through beautiful trees onto lovely Lake Hartwell.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 large bedrooms including a water-view Master bedroom with a king-size bed & private newly renovated master bath. Ample window coverage overlooking the lake!

The remaining two bedrooms include a king-size bed sleeps 2 & at the front of the home a king-bed & a full-size & twin bunk-bed that can sleep 5. There are large walk-in closets in all bedrooms.

It’s a charming log-cabin lake-house vibe throughout the home that’ll bring the best mountain cabin vibes to lakefront living- all in one unique home!

Each home is supplied with a minimum 2 full toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 full paper towels, 10 minimum trash bags, and a min of 1/2 full soaps and detergents. Anything further will need to be supplied by guest.

Enjoy lawn-games outside & sit & swim on the private dock & in the clear waters of Lake Hartwell.

Bring your boat to the public ramp just a couple of miles away & pull right in to the large covered dock.
