Parking stall is located in a surface lot within the complex. Parking is assigned; refer to your welcome message for parking stall.

On the main level, a convenient half bath (powder room) adds extra ease for families or larger groups. Plush towels & a curated selection of toiletries—including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash—are provided to ensure you feel pampered throughout your stay.



LAUNDRY

Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays. Complimentary laundry detergent provided, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

After a day of exploration, unwind in the hot tub (shared amenity in the complex) and share stories with fellow travelers. Conveniently located between Canmore and Banff, this prime location serves as the perfect base to experience the breathtaking landscapes of the Canadian Rockies—right at your doorstep.



HOUSE RULES:

*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire.

*No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.

*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.

*Please remove all footwear at the door.

*No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.

*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.



CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE

*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).

* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.



CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.

* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.

* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
