Perched on a tranquil beach in a quiet cul-de-sac, BEACH BABIES offers easy access via a short walkway to the sandy shore. Spend a day in the surf or building castles in the sand before returning to your own kingdom of pure bliss. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool, an afternoon nap in a chaise lounge, or a relaxing soak in the 8-person hot tub. There’s a fish cleaning station to rinse off your catch, two outdoor showers to rinse off yourself, and a gas grill to show off your BBQ skills. Inside on the ground level is a game room featuring a foosball table; wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave; a 60-inch Smart TV, sound bar; and a deck with access to the pool area. Topping off the ground level is a convenient half-bath and a spacious master king bedroom with an ensuite bath and Smart TV.

Four more luxuriously comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with Smart TVs occupy the mid-level: two master kings feature ensuite bathrooms and oceanfront covered deck access; a west-facing queen with access to a private covered deck; shares a full hallway bath with a kid-friendly room with two pyramid bunks. A laundry room is also located on this level. The remaining two bedrooms, a queen with a private deck and a king bedroom are located on the top level and share a hallway bath.

The top level is also where you will discover the heart and soul of this home, the place where everyone ultimately comes together for great meals, captivating conversations, and connecting to the sand, sea, and sky from spacious decks that boast incredible views. The large kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, lots of cookware, plentiful cabinets, and ample counter space makes cooking meals a breeze. Between the large five-stool breakfast counter and the ten-seat dining table, everyone can dine together, with a wall of windows revealing an ocean view worthy of the moment. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
