For an unforgettable escape, stay at the Hammer House at Three Hammers Winery, a beautifully restored 1820s historic farmhouse that blends classic charm with modern comforts. This is the ideal getaway to disconnect and relax with friends, either in the house or at the winery just steps away.



Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and high-speed WiFi. Unwind in one of several comfortable seating areas or find your perfect temperature with A/C and central heat featuring separate zones. For ultimate comfort, each bed features a high-end, pillow-top mattress and microfiber sheets, ensuring you wake up well-rested in our impeccably clean home.



Step outside onto the expansive covered porch overlooking a scenic pond and vineyard. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the patio with its cozy fire table. As our guest, you can enjoy the waterfront setting, walk the winery grounds, relax in an Adirondack chair, or take a short hike on our private trail.



We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows, and basic necessities like coffee, salt, pepper, and a handful of seasonings at no additional charge.

**Important Information**



* Winery Operations: We are an active winery, and operational activities may be conducted during your stay. The basement of the farmhouse is occasionally used for a tasting room, which has a separate entrance from the home.

* Winery Hours: The winery closes daily at 6 p.m. and is off-limits to guests after hours.

* Property Details: Please note there is no washer or dryer available for guest use. For safety, an electric fence is active around the vineyard to prevent animals from eating the vines.

* Check-In/Out: We will proactively notify you if an early check-in or late check-out becomes available.

* Location: We are located 100 miles from NYC (a short 2-hour drive) and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

* Nearby Attractions: Enjoy easy access to Woodloch Resort, Elk Mountain, the Poconos, Big Bear, and Lake Wallenpaupack.

* Groceries: You can use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA.



**House Rules**



To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

* The house is limited to a maximum of 6 adults. Additional guests are not permitted.

* The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

* No pets are allowed.

* The home is not suitable for children, given our high-end furnishings.

* Parties and events are not allowed.



Guest Access:

You can access the home via a keypad on the front door for easy self-check-in. You are welcome to enjoy the winery and its grounds during operating hours.



The Neighborhood:

Hawley PA is closed to Lake Wallenpaupack. Also tour historic downtown Honesdale or Hawley and visit the small shops or restaurants.

Car is required



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. To do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $999 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
