The modern kitchen includes everything needed for effortless holiday cooking, opening to a spacious dining area where guests can share unhurried meals and conversation. Sliding doors lead to the ocean-view deck—perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or sunset drinks as the evening light drifts over the dunes.

Three bedrooms are spread across both levels, offering space and privacy for groups or families with ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed—single above, double below—ideal for children or extra guests. Two modern bathrooms—one on each level—and a separate toilet add comfort and convenience for longer stays.

With air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and secure garage parking, every detail has been considered for a smooth and restful coastal escape.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
