At HPM Idaho, we understand the importance of clarity in describing our vacation rentals. Below, we've arranged the descriptions to guide you through the home, from the main entry, through the newly remodeled 'East Wing,' and concluding upstairs in the newly constructed 'West Wing.'

- Entry: Located just off the driveway and parking area is the entrance to this beautiful home. Inside, a hallway leads you between the 'east' and 'west' wings. The east wing has been recently updated, and the west wing is newly built. Both wings offer stunning views of Hayden Lake, making this property a sight to behold.

EAST WING

- As you enter the east wing, you'll step into the main living area. On the left, you'll find the dining area, a half bath, and the kitchen. To the right, a hallway leads to a full bathroom, as well as guestrooms 1 and 2.

- Living Area: The living room features a spacious sectional sofa, a comfortable sitting chair, a smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, large windows, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the main deck. The views of Hayden Lake from the living room are truly breathtaking.

- Kitchen: The oversized kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals with your loved ones. It boasts a spacious kitchen island with ample cabinet space for all your food storage needs. The chef in your group will appreciate the convenience of the double oven.

- Dining Area: Gather around the dining table for good food and conversation, which comfortably seats 8 guests. Additionally, there are 6 barstools at the kitchen island for extra seating.

- Bathroom 1 (Half): Freshen up in our well-appointed half bathroom, featuring a single vanity.

- Guestroom 1 aka “Birdhouse:” In Guestroom 1, you'll find a cozy queen bed, a wardrobe for hanging and storing clothing, side tables, and a lovely view of the lake, accommodating up to 2 guests.

- Bathroom 2 (Full): Guests will enjoy the convenience of a single vanity sink paired with a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom. A skylight fills the space with natural light. Essential toiletries are thoughtfully provided for your entire stay.

- Laundry Facilities (Located in Bathroom 2): In Bathroom 2, you'll find a convenient stackable washing machine and dryer. Additionally, another washing machine and dryer are in the garage.

- Guestroom 2 aka “Seaplane Suite:” In Guestroom 2, you'll find two comfortable queen beds, a dresser, a closet and a sliding glass door leading to the top deck.

WEST WING: Downstairs

- Garage: This roomy 13’ wide x 24’ deep area is designed to comfortably fit one car and includes a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. There is additional parking space for two cars in front of the garage.

- Game Room: Featuring Pinball, futon sofa, over sized bean bag, table and chairs for games, and a Smart TV on wall.

WEST WING: Upstairs

- Guestroom 3 aka “Sail Loft:” Located in the loft, guestroom 3 is ideal for the kids. It offers a total of 4 beds including 3 twin beds and 1 full bed.

- Bathroom 3 (Full): Includes a bathtub/shower combo, toilet, dual sink vanity and a spectacular view of Hayden Lake.

- Guestroom 4 aka “Eagle’s Nest:” Includes a King bed, closet, 4 large corner windows and a dresser.

Outdoors:

- Decks: This home features three inviting decks designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The upper deck, located off the dining and living area in the East Wing, includes an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ, perfect for meals with a view. Just below, the middle deck offers a gas firepit and comfortable seating for gathering with family and friends. Above the boat dock, the lower deck provides additional seating where you can relax and soak in the serene lake views. (Please note, furniture has been rearranged since the photos were taken)

- Boat dock & slip: The boat slip measures 25 feet deep by 10 feet wide, providing ample space for a wakeboard, fishing, or ski boat. Additionally, there's room to tie off a pontoon boat alongside the dock. For added fun, enjoy the jumping platform and lake swing located nearby.

-Boat Trailer Parking: Due to limited parking at the home, we recommend contacting Hayden Lake Marina for boat trailer parking options if you plan to bring your boat during your stay.

-Parking: The home offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. One car can be accommodated in the garage, while an additional 2 vehicles can park in the driveway.

-Outdoor Activities: 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board are provided to guests during their stay.
