6 Strawberry Hill is situated in a quiet location within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, the perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall. This well equipped holiday home has all the conveniences of being on a holiday park, such as communal pool, play park, laundry, shop and restaurant.

With three bedrooms (a double room, one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, plus a single bedroom), 6 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Perfect for couples and small families to enjoy the stunning local golden, sandy beaches and sights of St. Ives Bay that are on the doorstep. Mounts Bay and Penzance are also just a short drive away. Your well behaved family dogs are welcome.

Ground Floor:
Living/Dining Area: With two large comfy sofas, TV with DVD player and dining table with seating for up to six guests.
Kitchen: Open plan and equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Bathroom: With a bath and shower over, basin, vanity unit, shaver point, heated towel rail and WC.

The property also benefits from pull out stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs, a highchair and travel cot, should you require the cot, please bring your own cot linen.

First Floor:
Bedroom One: - With a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging rail and shelving.
Bedroom Two: - This bedroom has bunk beds, a single bed, bedside units, lamp, a chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Bedroom Three: - With a single bed, chest of drawers, lamp and hanging rail.

Outside: There is a patio with a picnic bench and handy rail to dry out your wet suits.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Hayle itself is around one mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey’s Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
