This stylish 3 bedroom home is a perfect retreat for families & friends or working professionals. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, cozy beds and a large kitchen and living room area. Guests enjoy the view from the front porch, the fire pit and the sound of the creek nearby. This home is located about 20-25 minutes outside Hazard in the Lotts Creek area of Knott County. It's about a 10 minute drive to Hwy 80.



The Space:

Guests love the privacy and comfortable space this home offers. The master bedroom is on one end of the house and other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite end. In the middle is the spacious living room with lots of seating adjoining the open kitchen and small dining area. Wonderful front porch with gorgeous views of the creek and surrounding mountains. Often times wildlife can be seen in the distance while in their natural habitat. Deer, bear, and elk live in the forest nearby.



Guest Access:

This home is located at Lotts Creek in Knott County about 20-25 minutes from ARH, downtown Hazard, shopping areas and restaurants. The driveway leading to the house is gravel and has a tight switchback so if you are not familiar with driving on country roads this location may not be suitable for you. You must also cross a small concrete bridge when turning to reach the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the Elk Fork area of Lott's Creek in Perry County Ky.



Getting Around:

This home is located 20-25 minutes from downtown Hazard, ARH, shopping areas and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located up a holler on a single lane road. You must cross a small concrete bridge to reach the driveway. The driveway is gravel and has a tight switchback. Some guests have struggled, but if you just hit the gas and go you will be fine. We have had guests to bring trucks and trailers but you must be an experienced driver to navigate the bridge and driveway if you are pulling a trailer. Absolutely no more than a single axle trailer. I am the property manager and host for this home and you are welcome to contact me anytime before, during or after your stay. If you're lucky you may even get to meet Wayne, he's the owner and lives next door.
