Set on a historic vineyard property on Dry Creek Road, the location of Healdsburg's most famous wineries, and an easy walk, bike ride or drive to many of the best wineries in the area! PETS OK!❤

When you enter our "Elegant Barn" you will know that you have chosen the perfect space for your Sonoma County wine vacation! The lovely 2-story barn cottage is newly built with both comfort and style in mind. The location is perfect for a wine country vacation. Located on a 3 acre vineyard property surrounded by wineries and open sheep and goat pastures and easy walking, bike riding and driving to many of Healdsburg's best wineries. But still around only a mile away from downtown with it's many tasting rooms and famous restaurants! The space is sunny and light-drenched with windows that boast views of surrounding vineyards and sheep farms. Hardwood floors, wooden beams, tiled-in showers are some of features of this custom-built cottage. Upstairs has one bedroom with walk-in closet, a pull out sofa bed in the living room, large bathroom with walk-in shower and a living room floor-to-ceiling convertible glass doors that open onto the large deck are some of it's many appealing features. Downstairs has a separate detached room with comfy queen bed and an attached full bathroom and sitting area, and coffee station and mini-fridge. The upstairs deck is a luxury on it's own account. The large wrap-around deck is where you are bound to spend much of your time! It has comfy outdoor couches, an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and even a private HOT TUB! All with views of the surrounding vineyards and sheep pastures. We are even pet friendly and provide guests with a small fenced yard for Fido to relax in (pets must be supervised at all times while in the yard). We care about the environment! Our entire property is solar powered and we even provide guests with a Tesla charging station for their stay. There is a 2-car garage for parking and ample driveway parking as well. Please note that the upstairs living and bedroom area is located on the second story of the home and is not wheelchair accessible.

Things to note before booking:
We allow pets for a non-refundable $75 fee per pet.
There is a flight of stairs going to the main upstairs living area.
The downstairs bedroom has a separate entrance from the main upstairs living area and an attached bathroom.
The kitchenette does not have an oven but does have a convection oven/microwave.
