Guests have access to the entire home, yard, and garage (minus an owners closet with supplies).

Things to Note:
- A few days before your arrival we will send all needed information for check-in/out as well as your digital local guide book.

- There are 2 exterior cameras on site for your safety. 1 in the doorbell and the other viewing the driveway only (private backyard).

- We DO NOT allow any unauthorized guests in or on the property, who are not officially added to the booking guest totals on your booking.

- Pets: The owners are allergic to animal dander of all kinds! Please no pets. If you have a service animal, we are not allowed to say no. Please be aware that while we intend to follow all rules in regards to service animals, we kindly ask that you attempt to book another property that is not owned by someone who is severely allergic to animal dander.

- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.

- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 11 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.

- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash can is located on the south side of the garage.

- Please return all games to their original spot Our team charges for any items missing upon check out.

- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.

- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.

- Thanks to all the outdoor activities Heber Valley has to offer, we require that shoes be removed when entering the home. There is ample room for ski gear in the garage, if needed.
