- Two Coffee Makers: Cuisinart brewing machine and Keurig single cup. We happily provide a basket with Organic K-cups coffee, Colombian Coffee Dark Roast, sugar, cream, and some snacks. In the bathrooms, we offer makeup remover wipes, some disposable toothbrushes, and shower caps to get your stay started.

- When you enter this getaway, you will be greeted by the game room boasting a black-felted pool table, a foosball table, three leather sofas, and a flat-screen TV. There is a queen sofa sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress, and a private half bathroom.

- The main level features an open layout that seamlessly connects the dining area, kitchen, and living room to make the ideal space for entertaining the whole gang. The full kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances and tools needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and working space in each room. A full bath for both rooms. There is an entry point to the deck on this level where you can sip a morning coffee in the fresh air or fire up the gas grill for a summer cookout.

- Climb the spiral staircase up to the spacious loft and you will find the last sleeping area with a king bed, 1 twin trundle bed (sleeps two), a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a dry sauna room, and access to the upper deck. There is an entry point to the upper-level deck with a woodsy view and tranquility.

- There is a newly renovated fire pit area outside and a new HutTub.

There are enclosed spaces used for storage that guests don't have access to. These will be marketed as Owner Closet.

I am available anytime to answer questions about the house and immediately address any issues. My husband is a co-host so he'll be available to help as well. I prefer to keep all communication through the Airbnb messaging app, but I also provide my phone number. We're looking forward to hosting you!

You are so close to Downtown! Sitting less than a mile off of Main Street, you will be in the heart of town while still feeling as if you have your own private oasis in the woods. When you want to head out for a bit of adventure, the area is filled with outdoor recreation that can be found at Unicoi State Park & Lodge (three-and-a-half miles), Smithgall Woods State Park (five miles), or Raven Cliffs Trailhead (seven-and-a-half miles). Grab a bite to eat from Bigg Daddys Restaurant & Tavern, Hofer's Bakery and Cafe, or Hofbrauhaus Restaurant & Pub if you don't feel like cooking. Plus, the kids can get their wiggles out at Helen Tubing & Waterpark!

Only you and your guests will have access to this entire cabin.
