Welcome to your Hendersonville escape! This is a clean, comfortable home on a quiet wooded street. We keep it low-frills and affordable for you, so you can spend your time exploring all the area has to offer. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen for your meal prep, plenty of comfortable seating, and quality bedding. Located less than 1/2 mile from the Ecusta Greenway Trail, this home is perfect for families, couples, and outdoor adventurers exploring Western North Carolina.
This thoughtfully laid-out space is ideal for both relaxation and togetherness. There`s plenty of room to gather and enjoy meals together.

Located in a peaceful wooded area of Hendersonville, the home offers a quiet setting while still being close to shops, dining, and outdoor attractions. It`s a short walk or bike ride to the Ecusta Greenway Trail that connects you to downtown Hendersonville. Explore downtown with local breweries and restaurants, or take a scenic drive to nearby apple orchards, trails, waterfalls, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
IMPORTANT
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection:
1) a small, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option)
2) a fully refundable Security Deposit that is returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
After your booking is confirmed, youâll be prompted to complete this step.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someoneâs home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
