FIRST FLOOR INCLUDES:

- FULL KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen with all the amenities you need for a home-cooked meal: essential pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, wine glasses, double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, bar seating ( seats up to 3) and kitchen table (seats up to 4).

- LIVING ROOM: Comfy sectional sofa and cozy fireplace for the family to gather around and play board games, watch TV or play music on the surround sound speakers.

- DINING ROOM: Regal dining room with a large table to gather around and share memorable meals. Ask us about our private chef recommendations!

- POKER ROOM: Feeling lucky? We have a dedicated poker room where you can place your bets.

- BATHROOM #1: Half bathroom on the 1st floor with sink and toilet.

SECOND FLOOR INCLUDES: must go up steps to access bedrooms

- BEDROOM #1: Large master bedroom with two queen beds, TV and a massive walk-in closet fit for a celebrity! (sleeps up to 4)

BATHROOM #2: Newly renovated private bathroom in the master bedroom with large shower, separate jacuzzi tub, double sink and toilet.

- BEDROOM #2: Queen bed and closet. Dedicated workspace for remote workers. (sleeps up to 2)

- BEDROOM #3: Queen bunk bed with dresser and closet. (sleeps up to 4)

- BEDROOM #4: Two twin beds with a dresser and closet. (sleeps up to 2)

- BATHROOM #3: Full bathroom with a tub shower, toilet and sink.

BASEMENT INCLUDES:

- GAME ROOM: Arcade machines, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, TV, gaming consoles, board games.

- LAKE ACCESS: Relax by the lake right in your backyard! 2 Kayaks are provided with life vests. There is a private dock for fishing as well!

- FIREPIT: Sit around and roast some s'mores while looking up at the starlit sky!

DRIVEWAY INCLUDES:

- EV CHARGER ($25 per day to use)

- PARKING: Up to 6 cars fit

- SECURITY: For your safety there are 4 exterior security cameras (facing out), 1 camera is located on the front porch facing the porch and front yard, 1 camera is on the back patio facing the patio and backyard, 1 camera is located at the driveway facing the driveway and property entrance, and 1 camera faces the badminton court. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.

- PROPANE FOR GRILL & FIREPIT: We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

The property requires 4 steps to enter and stairs to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Guests do not have access to the garage and some locked owners closets.

We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.
