Our "medium"... is also our "sweet". It is a very neat, spacious and warm apartment with several spaces, suitable mainly for families and groups of few persons. This does not mean that it does not suit a few people who would like to taste the joy of living in a very neat and elaborately decorated apartment. A house that, with its amenities, promises to offer pleasant moments to all our guests who will choose it.
The apartment has been designed with love and a sense of respect... first of all to our feelings and its history but also to our tenants. Our priority is to offer perfect experiences. Beautiful memories for our guests to look back on many years after their visit to our enchanting island. It's the only way to get our friends, you, back to stay here again. Again and again. Again with us.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with large double COCO-MAT beds and mattresses from the same company and two bathrooms. One bedroom is very large and has also a large sofa. This part of the bedroom has been pleasantly decorated and can also be used as a living room, where guests can rest and do whatever activity they want, while the sofa, which has a very good mattress, can be converted into a double bed in this same bedroom. Of the two bathrooms, one is complete with a bathtub while the other does not have a shower or bathtub. It also has a large and fully equipped kitchen. A pass has been placed in the corridor to be used as a table, in order to comfortably enjoy your meals.

Its furniture is exceptional. Some of them are special antique pieces made by Greek and foreign furniture designers. Characteristically, the office and the showcase of the living room as well as the chairs are from the famous manufacturer EGLEZAKIS, while there are also some pieces of Egyptian style and Art Nouveau furniture, which I acquired at auctions.

Therefore, the apartment can accommodate very comfortably 2 couples who will use the 2 bedrooms, while it is also possible to sleep very pleasantly, in one of these bedrooms, on the sofa that turns into a double bed, two more people. But if you choose this option, then these four people will use the same room. So you choose when to use it.

The apartment is decorated in a mainly Art Nouveau style. Chandeliers and scones, furniture and beds are selected from a very important and special period in the history of decoration, and they certainly attract interest.
To summarize, in a few words, we would say that this is a very beautiful apartment that arouses interest with its style and which has a very big advantage. It is large enough and has the infrastructure (2 bathrooms, kitchen) to support large groups of guests.

It is a fully renovated and very well equipped apartment, which offers almost everything a discerning guest could wish for. Out of the spacious bedrooms and the living room, the apartment has a very fully equipped kitchen, with all necessary equipment, where even the biggest cook can unfold all his skills. Our kitchen has different types of pots, pans and all the necessary kitchen and serving accessories. And of course we offer the oven and the cooker where you can prepare any dish you wish.
The bedrooms have been equipped with the best quality high-end sleeping accessories from the famous bed and mattress manufacture, COCO-MAT. This company is famous throughout the world for the quality of the mattresses it produces and for the excellence of the materials it uses. This is therefore a guarantee for a pleasant and relaxing sleep.
The environment in the apartment can be maintained at the desired temperature and humidity levels, using the heating and cooling system with the air-conditions that we have installed in all the rooms. In this way we can maintain the temperature and humidity of the entire apartment at the desired levels. This is important for guests with health problems, such as people with breathing problems or mobility problems (who can thus spend the whole day in the apartment comfortably if necessary for some health reason) as well as for families with young children (who have to spend many hours in the apartment).
Smart TVs with flat screens are offered in all bedrooms and in the living room. So you can relax in bed or on the comfortable sofa and have fun watching a movie while enjoying a beer or some other refreshment that you can get from the nearby Super Market, located 5 minutes from the apartment.
The WiFi Internet system is very easy to use and extremely fast. So it is possible to carry out any work that needs to be done or even for fun.

Cleanliness is our priority. We are not willing to make any compromises on this point. Thus thorough cleaning is done before each rental. We take care to cover all the cleaning details so that you feel safe and don't have to worry about your hygiene at all.
Bed linen and sanitary items are cleaned with great care and kept in a very clean and tidy area, so that they will be used perfectly clean and tidy every time. It is very important for us to follow all hygiene rules for our property and that is why we try to go the extra mile when it comes to cleaning procedures. We don't count cost or time and to be honest... we ask your help for that too. In the event that you find something that can be improved, please report it to us and we promise that we will do what is required and possible to improve it.
We value your privacy very much and for this reason we do not wish to disturb you by cleaning your space during your stay. However, we have a contract with a professional cleaning company, which periodically carries out (with a schedule that they follow) a thorough cleaning of the private and common areas of the apartment and the entire building. For this reason we will ask for your cooperation, if sometimes, after notification which cannot be sufficiently timely, they request to visit the apartment, in order to check for hygiene problems and to take the necessary actions to resolve each issue which requires treatment. I would be very happy if you would like me to inform you in detail about how this program works.

Bed linen is changed before new guests enter. If you wish, for a small additional cost, we can renew them cleanly as many times as you wish. Even every day if you want. Bed linen can be changed along with cleaning of the entire apartment if you request it. Just ask and we will arrange it as soon as possible.
Also, for your personal hygiene you can use one of the three laundries we have and which we have installed on the roof of the building.
