Welcome to our private villa, a hidden gem nestled in Skalani, Crete. With its sprawling 270 m2 of space and a dazzling 60 m2 swimming pool, our villa offers a truly remarkable experience. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking panoramic mountain view as you soak up the sun and witness the vibrant sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor beckons with its inviting indoor area, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, a delightful barbecue area, a cozy fireplace, a charming piano, and two elegant dining areas. Step into the front yard's garden, where you'll be greeted by sweeping views of the majestic mountain Juktas, olive tree-filled lands, the charming Skalani village, and the esteemed Boutari winery.

As you explore the backyard, discover a generous dining area and two cozy sitting areas, perfect for savoring your evening coffee or indulging in ouzo and raki. The second garden, adjacent to the swimming pool, invites you to witness the enchanting sunset, painted with hues of orange and pink, creating an unforgettable spectacle.

Venture upstairs to the first floor, where you'll find two bathrooms, including one en suite, and five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature double beds, while one offers two connected single beds. Each bedroom opens up to a balcony, treating you to breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset, making every moment truly magical. Need extra sleeping space? The open attic (sofita) on the first floor presents two single beds and a panoramic 180-degree view.

The second floor boasts a splendid Sofita, providing a mesmerizing 180-degree view of the sea and the stunning Cretan landscape.

At our villa, we ensure your comfort and convenience with key facilities and amenities.
