This welcoming 4-bedroom self-catering home can accommodate up to 10
guests and is located just a short drive from the beautiful Voëlkip
beachfront. The house boasts a spacious open-plan design featuring a
dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and an extended
lounge with a built-in fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly
nights. The family room opens up onto a patio where guests can enjoy
sundowners while enjoying the braai facilities. There's nothing quite
like a traditional South African braai to amp up the holiday vibes.

There are 4 bedrooms in total featuring 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and
1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have access to the home's
3 shared bathrooms, one fitted with a bathtub and shower and the other
with a shower only. These bedrooms have rechargeable battery bulbs in
the beside lamps.

Guests can enjoy the fresh ocean air and explore many of the best
activities and restaurants in Hermanus from this lovely home. Whether
relaxing or adventuring, guests can visit the Old Harbour Museum, Whale
House Museum and Fernkloof Nature Reserve while a selection of
restaurants, unique stores and markets add to the charm of this lovely
town.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 289 2nd St, Voelklip.

After the Property Manager has done the walk through with you, you will receive a set of keys for the front door and a remote for the alarm.
