Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The path to the pool area is 80cm wide. There is a small step over the patio doors when exiting from the lounge. The villa can be accessed via this door as well as the front door, so less steps are required. The path from the front to the back of the villa is 83cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of real grass, artificial grass, tiles, and crazy paving. Inside, there are no ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 150cm wide.
