This 4-bedroom home is the perfect beach cottage that can be used for your vacation or extended-term rental and is just a short distance (approximately 6-8 minutes) to the white sandy beach. 11 Hickory is a great option for travelers who need an environment they can settle into and enjoy the comforts of home.

The living room offers two comfortable couches, arm chair, 55" SMART TV and has direct access to the private pool with a huge, covered lanai with 50" SMART TV and easy access to a well-stocked kitchen to grab more food and drinks for your family. A perfect place to spend those summer days, cool off in the shade or jump in.

A light and airy eat-in kitchen is the perfect space for starting or ending your day. Stainless steel appliances and a center island make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals, or you are close enough to explore the many local, nearby restaurants.

When you enter into this ranch style beach house, you have three bedrooms to the left of the foyer and one on the right. The right-side bedroom offes two twin beds, work space with L-shaped desk and 55" SMART TV.

To the left of the foyer you will find the master bedroom with king bed, 43" SMART TV and private bathroom offering a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with 40" SMART TV and has hallway access to the shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. The fourth guest room offers a king bed and 40" SMART TV.

A spaciously furnished patio with a dining table option and a pool (optional to heat) area with an enclosed lanai. A single XL-sized garage provides private parking, and the driveway has additional room for up to 4 cars, so that can help too!

11 Hickory Lane is fortunate to be situated in an incredibly beautiful location that offers countless outdoor activities and adventures. An abundance of golf courses is close by, for all levels of play. Enjoy the sunshine via biking and hiking. These are great ways to get fresh air and exercise.

The new Lowcountry Celebration Park and vibrant atmosphere of Coligny shops are a short distance away if you so choose. This is the perfect way to discover many enjoyable activities to create vacation memories.
