1875 Beachside Tennis is ALL NEW- superbly and stylishly renovated in 2025- and is a wonderfully comfortable villa. We have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation. The sweeping view of the Calibogue Sound and to Daufuskie Island is simply sublime.

The superb South Beach location (beachfront, third floor with ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. Electronics include 3 Smart TVs, bluetooth speaker, and high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area, and beyond to the living area and oceanfront balcony.

The spacious living area is comfortable and light filled and features JBL speaker and Samsung Frame TV.

Two bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TVs. Two full, en suite bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean. There is full laundry in unit.

Beachside Tennis Villas are located oceanfront in fabulous South Beach in Sea Pines. Enjoy an oversized oceanfront pool with grilling area with full time propane and private boardwalk to the beach.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

POOL: Oceanfront and open April - September (not heated).

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: So sorry. Only human guests are welcomed to 1875 Beachside Tennis Villas.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your BESTNEST/Luxe property will come supremely stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels and more. Our guests will find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We also provide both Keurig and Nespresso Virtuo coffee maker AND coffee. Enjoy Kiehl's bath amenities, and Mrs. Meyers kitchen supplies. All of our properties feature our Signature stripe, all cotton bed and bath linens, as well as updated electronics, and password protected high speed WiFi. We even have Yeti cooler and Shubumi sun shades, plus Babyliss hair dryers. NOTHING compares to a BESTNEST/Luxe on Hilton Head Island.
