Sie blicken nicht nur ĂŒber den Robert Trent Jones Golfplatz und die 11 km lange Salzwasserlagune, sondern auch einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand im Palmetto Dunes Resort! Genießen Sie einen wunderschönen Urlaub fĂŒr Sie und Ihre Familie. Sie können morgens vom Dock aus Salzwasser angeln (Angelruten vorhanden), den ganzen Tag am Strand entlang fahren und dann zurĂŒckkommen und Kajaks oder Kanus (separat gemietet) auf der gesamten Plantage paddeln! Außerdem ist die Garage fĂŒr Ping Pong, Tischfußball, Dart und viele andere Rasenspiele eingerichtet. Unter dem Deck befinden sich bequeme StĂŒhle und HĂ€ngematten, die zum Entspannen einladen.

Dieses neu renovierte Haus ist wunderschön in einem hellen, hellen und sehr festlichen Stil eingerichtet. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Queen-Zimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten. Es gibt auch das "Etagenbett" fĂŒr Kinder mit 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Zustellbetten und 1 Etagenbett mit einem Twin-Bett ĂŒber einem Doppelbett. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer offener Wohnbereich mit einer Gourmet-KĂŒche, einem Essbereich und 2 Sitzbereichen. Sie können durch die SchiebetĂŒr auf eine große Terrasse mit Grill, Esstisch und bequemen StĂŒhlen gehen, um die weitlĂ€ufige, ĂŒppige Aussicht zu genießen. Wieder drinnen gibt es auch einen Medienraum mit einem halben Bad in der NĂ€he. Gleich hinter dem Flur befindet sich eine riesige Master-Suite mit einer ausziehbaren Couch und ein wunderschönes Master-Bad mit Whirlpool und separater ebenerdiger Dusche.

This is a nice place to stay. The property has privacy and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is large and has plenty of room. My grandchildren had a great time and we enjoyed our visit to Hilton head.

Great house & location for large family gathering

Our communication with the listing agent was great especially considering this was over a 2 year time period due to COVID 19. The recommended bike supplier was reliable and very timely. We had 16 family members (3 children w their spouses and 7 grandkids from 8-14 years old). This was not our first gathering
we’ve been doing this for over 10 years
and the grandkids were very much looking forward to being together as were the adults. The house layout and amenities worked out perfectly for both groups while the large kitchen and open dining area really facilitated the overall family interactions we were looking for. The close proximity to the beach was another great plus and the variety of activities enabled by the well-equipped house and Palmetto Dunes provided all the fun family competition needed to make truly great family memories. Everyone, especially the grandkids, left wishing they could have stayed longer. Having great weather and a memorable Bluffton Spartina marine education charter with Captain Amber (outstanding) just added more frosting to our Hilton Head cake. Frank Lovejoy & family

Perfect family vacation home

Our week at this home was just right for everyone in our group. There was plenty of room and plenty of fun things to do for all ages. The location is great for biking, beach access and the tennis center is only a mile up the road. The golf course is right behind the house and it was nice for evening walks. The pool and hot tub were nice to use throughout our stay, as was the ping pong table and other game tables in the garage. We love Palmetto Dunes and while this home may not look like a mini-mansion from the outside, everything about it was high quality, well maintained and up to date.

Well-stocked, spacious home

Did a “friends weekend” here with a group of 6 adults and 7 small children. The stairs were childproofed with safety gates installed. Kitchen was stocked with kid friendly cup/plates, seasonings, good cookware, etc. Bedding all smelled fresh and felt clean. Bathrooms were beautiful and convenient. Location was great and we enjoyed taking the little ones to the beach, Lawton Stables for horse rides and feeding/petting farm animals, and a couple of nearby parks/playgrounds. We saw a beautiful deer visit the backyard. Due to the surrounding nature, we did find a couple of little unwanted insects inside, but nothing too alarming. Property manager was responsive but short with replies- we would have loved more details beforehand since we overpacked and overspent on things that were already in the home. We would book this house again in the warmer seasons to enjoy the beach and pool, and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends!

1B is perfect!

This house was great for our trip and we we would book it again. Located on the 17th hole of RTJ golf course and a few minutes walk to the beach - tough to beat the location. Nice pool / hot tub and a wide open common area perfect for bigger groups. Updated kitchen had everything we needed. Garage is loaded with games (ping pong / pop-a-shot, etc.). If you don't have a good time at 1B it's on you!

Nice home, great location, needs some updates

The home had a great layout for our party of 11, loved the common area on the main floor and even if you are in the the theater, you feel part of the crowd. Plenty of space and very clean, the master bedroom is huge. The tech needs to be simplified in the media room a bit and the chairs could use some TLC. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated, and after a fist day glitch that was rectified immediately, things worked OK, although at times it had a mind of it's own and the pilot light had to be reset several times, good thing we were all pool owners, so easy enough to deal with. Location was great, right on the golf course and the waterway, private and quiet. Great customer service from Becky and team.

Beautiful house and grounds, pool is small for large party.

My extended family of 14 people (6 kids between the ages of 6-11) and 8 adults (ages 30’s-70’s) just stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful and clean. It had great outdoor and indoor seating areas. The beach was just a short walk away and was beautiful. There were great walking/biking paths all around the community and lots of shade! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock too, but sadly no catches. We did get to see lot’s of deer and even an alligator one day. (In the water by a nearby bridge, not by our house.) We didn’t utilize the other amenities much because of COVID but there were a lot available in the community, tennis, pickle ball, archery, were a few I saw. There was also a cute general store in Palmetto Dunes. Our men enjoyed the golf course too. The only negative was that the pool was very small. Our 6 kids had fun playing in it but there was definitely not room for all of us to get in at the time comfortably. It was a little crowded even for them. We made a few times that were adult swim only so that helped. The hot tub was a nice option though and they did have this little shallow pad pool area that would be nice for a family with babies or toddlers. If you are looking for a big pool this is not a good choice though. It was fine for us as we spent a good amount of time at the beach, so our kids would play in it in the morning and evenings. We’d also tell them to go jump in after the beach while they waited their turn for the showers. There was a good amount of shade around the pool so that was really nice when we were watching the kids swim. Comfortable chairs around the pool too. They had a great supply of beach stuff available, umbrella, wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, lot’s of sand toys. The garage was a great place to store all our beach stuff each day. Some of us brought our own too but it was nice to have extra for those who didn’t. The management was very responsive. We had issues with the hot water heater and they came out right away to adjust it. I recommend not running the hot tub while people are showering too. The key pads for the door was great, no worry with keys! The kitchen was adequately stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. Lot’s of parking available. Overall it was a fantastic place! We had a wonderful week!

Family Reunion

We rented this home and the one next door for a family reunion with 25 people ages 7-73. The younger kids really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables. The media room with access to Netflix, etc was great for an evening movie. February meant cool, windy and rainy weather but in summer it would be only a few minute walk to the beach.

Excellent large family option!

My family - total of 6 adults and 3 kids - stayed at this house over Thanksgiving break, and had a lovely time. It is huge (could have fit 2x the amount of people) and had a nice open flow. Its located in a great community and central to stores and restaurants. Its also a very short walk to the beach. I can only imagine that in the summer time its even more spectacular when the pool can be used and days can be spent at the beach. The only downside is that the majority of the bedrooms are located on the main level while the top floor is the living rooms and kitchen. There doesn't seem to be much sound insulation so the downstairs room are exposed to basically every noise from the upstairs floor. This was a little tough for us as we had a sick toddler with us who needed her sleep. The only other issue was we found some of the mattresses to be pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. All in all, I would recommend the house but might be best for families with slightly older kids.

Great location with plenty of parking for my 14 tennis ladies. The new bedding, linens and extra blankets were appreciated. We enjoyed the comfort and size of the open great room area. All of the bedrooms are good size and the private baths were a plus. The home was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We appreciated having extra trash bags and lots of room for garbage cans in the utility area. A great house!

We just returned from spending a week at this wonderful, spacious property! We had three age groups so finding the perfect house was tricky, but this place was a gem. 1) Parents x 4 2) College Students x 4 3) 12 & unders x 4 Chris, Becky & Sandy with LHC we’re so responsive and attentive!!! Thank you all for making our stay an amazing memory!!!

Great house and great location

There were 11 (8 adults & 3 kids under 5) of us and we were all very comfortable in the space. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We had a few” “issues”. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the ground floor and because there is no carpeting upstairs, footsteps in the morning we’re very loud. I also felt the renter should not have to provide trash bags for the various trashcans throughout the house. Some of the bathroom cans had extras but some didn’t. There were only 3 extra trash bags for the bigger kitchen cans. 11 people staying a week need more than that.

Great house, perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over Christmas break. It was much nicer than we expected! Great layout with most bedrooms on lower level. Kids enjoyed the movie/gaming room and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well supplied with top line appliances. Lovely street with short, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this home!!

Great house!

Property is well kept and spacious, we had 13 and fit just fine. Location is close to beach easy walk. Only thing I would say negative is the lack of basic cleaning supplies (trash bags, counter spray, paper towels) for the price of the house and as large as it is these items should be included. We purchased about $65 worth of basic cleaning items that we left at house since we were traveling...it should be included and available. Property manager was very attentive and addressed everything we asked very quickly
