2315 Sea Crest is a spacious, comfortable, and beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sea Crest villa located on the 3rd floor in the Sea Crest Oceanfront resort. It is tastefully decorated with beach décor and is painted in neutral colors.

An inviting foyer welcomes you to this light filled condo. With tiled flooring throughout the living, dining and kitchen area, this villa provides a scenic ocean view from almost every room. To the left of the foyer (Side “B”) is one of the guest bedrooms. This room has plank-style flooring, two queen beds, an accent chair, and a mounted 32” TV. The private covered balcony has a white rocking chair for you to sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.

To the right of the foyer (Side “A”) is the main living area and the other two bedrooms. The second guest room has plank-style flooring, two queen beds, accent chair and 39” TV. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and the hall and has a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Out in the hall closet is the washer and dryer.

The dining room has a glass topped table that seats six. The adjacent, fully stocked kitchen has granite counters, modern appliances, and four stools at the countertop. In the living room you will find a comfortable mint green sofa, two chairs and a 65” TV. The cabinet is full of books and games for your family’s entertainment. Beautiful ocean views and lots of sunlight come in through the wall of windows. You can also enjoy the view out on the balcony where there is a round table for four and two rocking chairs.
The master suite is off the living room and has plank-style flooring, a king bed and 39” TV. It also has access to the balcony shared by the living room. The ensuite has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens.
