Booked this home for my family vacation. At arrival we discovered things that made our stay less than a good experience.We paid an additional cost for the pool to be heated. When we arrived we checked the pool to find that it was not heated. We reported this immediately. They apologized and stated they would refund us the cost of pool heating for our stay. After a few weeks and multiple conversations we were refunded the amount for the pool heating.Unfortunately, that wasn't our only issue. The stovetop didn't work. The house was out of propane gas. This also meant the grill and fireplace didnât work either.Managment sent over a hot plate and a toaster oven. We were told that was the best they could do for our stay. We lost money on groceries, had to spend extra money on eating out and lost out on spending time with our family in the home. It took several weeks for us to hear from anyone regarding this issue and they offered no compensation for this problem.Additionally, the house lacks several basic amenities that should be standard for this price level. There were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms. There were no blankets, throws or pillows for lounging. There was no light in the garage. The 1st floor bathroom shower had a broken shelf. The beds were very uncomfortable. These things must be improved to command the price. An amicable resolution has not been achieved. Customer service and satisfaction is not a priority for this company.
