Property was beautiful and very well equipped. Kitchen was excellent. The only complaint I had was they need to list the bunk beds as toddler beds. A couple of my grandson couldn’t come or we would not had enough sleeping space.

Gorgeous home!

The home was amazing and perfect for our family of 11, which included 3 toddles. We loved the location, the pool, the furnishings, really everything was perfect! The only hiccup was our check-in. We arrived shortly after 4pm, which was listed as the check-in time, but it was all locked up. We had trouble reaching anyone for help, so it was a bit of a letdown after driving many hours with a toddler and being locked out. We were eventually contacted and told that the check in time was 5pm and the door would unlock then, but I stated that the listing and check-in info page both listed it at 4pm so we were given the garage access code. All & all it was not a huge deal, but like I said, just an unfortunate arrival experience. Aside from that, our stay was perfect and we would 100% rent it again. The views are spectacular too!

Great vacation

Easy access to beach and beach-side restaurant/bar. Finishes are excellent. Only downside is no ice machine, so plan to buy ice daily. We have stayed in this neighborhood before, and this house is nice even compared to the places around it. Mid-week trash pick up and pool cleaning. Also, management company reached out by text midweek to make sure trip was going well. Thanks!

Wonderful home with everything you need

We stayed at this property with my whole family which included 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10 yrs to newborn. We had a blast! Between pool and beach it was endless fun. Grocery store is 5 min drive which we used often and countless restaurants, ferry’s etc were all within 10-15 mins. Would recommend for family stay!

Wonderful!

We loved this house and the location! The kitchen is well (overly!) equipped, including two (count ‘em, TWO) dishwashers and refrigerators, and plenty of any pot, pan or utensil we could ever need. There is plenty of seating in the great room (nothing worse than a house that sleeps 16 and only has seating for 6 or 8). Yes, there were quite a few people on the beach, but I wouldn’t call it “crowded,” plus that’s Hilton Head - there really aren’t many “secluded” areas. We all enjoyed the pool and the covered patio was great for watching afternoon storms. Management was very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, this is a great property and we thought it was well worth the cost.

Incredible house, bad location

We just completed a 30 day stay in this property. We have stayed in many Singleton Beach homes over the past 20 years. It is one of our favorite areas on the island. This house was incredible. Sadly, we won’t be back unless changes occur (which are likely outside the owner’s control). The Good- -This is one of the biggest and newest houses on Singleton Beach and it is beautifully decorated. -3 master suites on 3 different floors -Many upgrades that you don’t often see in rental homes -Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool you could ever want. They have truly thought of everything! -Furniture is much nicer than most beach houses and extremely comfortable. -All beds except one were comfortable. The Bad- -There are only 2 parking spaces in the garage (the owner has a car in the 3rd) and the driveway spaces are very short due to the configuration of the street. Only one of our cars was short enough to park in the driveway. If you have multiple large SUVs or minivans, you are likely going yo be parking one or more vehicles offsite. We made it work, but it would have been good to know. - There is a popular beach bar VERY close to the house and the bar has a volleyball court next to the house. On weekends, there is a LOT of noise both day and night. There is supposed to be a curfew, but it was not always respected. The most ADA-accessible master suite backs up to this bar, We had an elderly guest staying in this room and he wanted to go to bed early most nights. Unfortunately, he could not fall asleep due to the noise. - There are cars turning around in the driveway at all hours because it is at the end of the street. The neighborhood needs better signage/gates to restrict access. It is a big problem. The street is narrow and it’s hard to get in or out with these onlooker cars. - The beach has become well-known and there are now hundreds of people on it most days. The city has set up rental beach chairs and a lifeguard stand right in front of this house. All 4 weekends, we counted 100-250 people right in front of this house, with significantly fewer on other parts of the beach. This entire beach used to be quiet and relaxing. This was like Daytona. When you pay this much to rent a house, you want a more exclusive experience. The city should put the chairs in front of the beach bar or spread them out in front of all the houses, not just in front of this house. It’s very unfair to this owner.

Better Than Expected

Rented for five nights for a small family reunion. The property was on the beach, great views of morning sunrise. Rooms were large and clean, most of them with ocean views. Back patio area was clean with well maintained furniture. We had many of our on the back deck/patio while enjoying the ocean view. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. We were all really impressed with the house, and look forward to staying here again. It exceeded our expectations.

Amazing Vacation!

This house was absolutely perfect! We had to young children so the pool was perfect size and proximity to the beach was amazing. They had tons of digging toys, beach chairs and boards for the kids too! There is a bar right next door that we were worried about, but ended up not being a noise problem at all. Kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. Plenty of seating! The bunk room is great if you have several children. The property management company was very responsive to our needs and understanding (we may have set off the smoke alarm the first night making pizza)! The amount of king rooms was perfect and often difficult to find with rentals. We are already making plans to return!

Exceeded expectations

I rented this location during Sept 2019 for a company retreat. I have to say this property far exceeded my expectations. Breathtaking views, extremely close to the beach and an absolutely beautiful home. My employees were very happy and so was I!

Awesome location and spectacular house. Great for large groups/families.

Easy to book. Check in and out was simple. Great instructions and communication from the rental firm. Accommodations were excellent and in great condition. The open kitchen and living room was great for connecting our large group. Beach access was incredible. My family didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.
