Wetter in Hilton Head ist in der Regel schön Jahr über. Dieses wunderschöne Haus bleibt in der Regel voll den ganzen Sommer lang. Es ist bereits für Sommer 2019 buchbar. Bitte überprüfen Sie unseren Belegungskalender, bevor Sie anrufen.

Die rechte Seite des Hauses verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, das den Zugriff auf die umfangreiche Plattform, die auf den privaten Pool und Jacuzzi führt hat. Die offene Küche schließt sich mit dem Esszimmer, beide mit Blick auf den Strand. Die wunderschöne am Meer in Vorhalle wird durch Französisch Türen aus dem Speisesaal abgerufen. Auch auf dieser Ebene ist eine im ersten Stock Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet.

Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch eine Badewanne und einen privaten Zugang zum Deck. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der zweiten Etage und hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett. Es ist ein Vollbad mit Jacuzzi und einer privaten Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten.

Auf der linken Seite des Hauses verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit Zugang zum Meer Deck und ein voller Größe Billardtisch. Außerdem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer auf dieser Seite des Hauses. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und Zugang zu einer Halle Bad. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist auf der zweiten Etage und hat zwei Betten, ein eigenes Bad und einen Dachboden, der den Sitzbereich mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa Königin überblickt. Es gibt einen Flachbild-LCD-Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und im ganzen Haus.

Sie können in Luxus auf Ihrer großzügigen Terrasse entspannen und abkühlen in Ihrem privaten Pool. Die schönen menschenleeren Stränden ist nicht zu schlagen. Sie können zum sicheren, schattigen Wegen zu Coligny Plaza, dem Zentrum der Aktivität auf der Insel spazieren gehen oder mit dem Fahrrad. Amazing Vacation House

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults, 3 teens, and 2 kids. The large pool was very nice. The balconies provided amazing views and great gathering spots. Added touches like the water dispenser, lots of beach towels and chairs, and 2 washer/dryers were much appreciated. The property manager and owner were great.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Wanderer and have booked to come back again! The weather was not perfect, but this spacious home, with its comfortable beds, and ocean views made up for this! As a large family with young adults and teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, fire pit, bikes, as well as the large family room and screened in porch. The property was extremely well stocked with all the necessities - many pots and pans/coffee makers/spices/garbage bags/cleaning wipes/paper towels/paper plates etc. etc. Marc and Paul made sure we knew they were available for anything, and popped by to check in person that we were settled. It was comforting to know that they were just a call/text away when we had any questions. The only possible thing that could be improved would be replacing a couple of well used items that are beginning to show their age. We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation at this property and are looking forward to returning soon!

Great experience

We had a great weeklong stay at 8 Wanderer. The hosts were very responsive and have thought of all the things! Inside, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cookware, and spices. The pool is spacious and very nice and there are plenty of chairs and toys/games for the beach. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely come back in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This is an awesome house and you cannot beat the pool deck! The owner and the manager were very responsive and have thought of everything that a typical family would need, including bikes and beach towels! The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and everything else you can imagine! All you need to provide is the food. Highly recommend!

Another Spectacular Stay

We were repeat visitors to this home and I must say the second time was even better than the first. Marc and Paul treat their guests like family and everything gets taken care of immediately. A new toaster was requested and we had it within hours. The Low Country Boil was one of the highlights of the trip with my family. My new favorite perch in the house is off the upstairs master where I spent hours observing the dolphin and the birds. Hilton Head has so much to offer and 8 Wanderer Lane is the perfect home base. Thank you again for being such fabulous hosts.

Awesome Amenities right on the beach!

The house was well equipped for babies and toddlers items needed! (2Pack-N-Plays, baby bathtub and 2 high chairs) There were several baby gates, but a few were broken. Lots of baby gates needed due to a lot of stairs in the house. The manager and the owner checked in on us and took great care for us to have a great week. Lots of bikes available and other useful amenities! It’s a great find!!

Fun Property

This was a fantastic rental for our needs. The wide lot is unique to the area which allows for a much larger pool than all of our neighbors! The provided toys, bikes, and kitchenware was a fantastic perk. The hosts were accommodating and very attentive. Would highly recommend and is nice for two family's looking to stay together.

This home is perfect for either a large family or several couples

We had 8 Adults and 6 children(under4) for the week. The home’s bedrooms are separated so each room has privacy from the other bedrooms. The living area is large easily accommodating a large group. The kitchen is nice and having to full size refrigerators was perfect. The home has windows galore all with a view of the ocean and outdoor pool. There is a screened porch. a wrap around the rear outdoor deck allows for the kids to play safely as it is 1 floor up from the pool deck. There is an upper deck off one of the master bedrooms which provides a great view above the dunes and the ocean. The beach is less than 50yds and just an easy walk over the dunes. The beach is not crowded as the house is not close to Coligny or the Shipyard beach access. Dave Bauman The owner and his manager are wonderful to work with and we’re available for any questions. The house is 1.2 miles from Coligny’s shops and restaurants and 1.5 miles from the “Sandbox” children’s center and a great play park. It is a perfect setting for a great week.

Hesitant Husband !

My husband had pretrip doubts about a beach front home in Hilton Head for our family of nine. In his words… “Too expensive and I don’t play golf”. WOW, one step onto the back deck and he changed his mind. The view alone is fabulous and our entire group spent a full week Swimming (pool and ocean), biking, exploring and reconnecting. Wow- absolutely awesome!

Plenty of room for all 9 (our five adult children, son-in-law and granddaughter) of us! Beautiful view of the ocean from nearly every room- two refrigerator/freezers and washer/dryers just made it all run smoothly - loved the option of pool and beach- having bikes, beach chairs, beach towels provided was an added ease to moving into vacation mode. Truly everything I could have hoped our family vacation could be! Paul was just a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns- awesome hospitality- quickly became our home away from home☀️

Amazing Vacation

This was our family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and we had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The location can not be beat! Staying right on the beach was a dream. The views were gorgeous and spending hours relaxing on the screened in porch with views of the ocean was perfect. We definitely utilized all the house had to offer from the large living area to the pool table to the bikes. Paul went above and beyond, providing us with information about fishing spots and great restaurants as well as securing passes to fish in certain areas. If you have the opportunity we definitely recommend taking him up on his offer to prepare a low-country boil! It was such a fun and delicious experience. Marc, the owner of the property, checked in on us at the beginning of our stay to make sure we were comfortable and followed up on our last day as well. This trip was planned last minute since our normal vacation spot was not available and we were NOT disappointed. The trip was so successful that we are already considering our return visit next year!

Perfect!

This is our second annual girl's trip at this property and can't say enough great things about the hosts Marc and Paul and the house. Location is perfect, has something for everyone whether it's going to the beach (chairs provided btw....), lounging by or in the pool or just finding a quiet spot to read a book, this has it. We heated the pool this time around and it was worth every penny - was perfect temperature! Long list of amenities provided so you really don't have to worry about anything at all. Arriving at the house which is located in a quiet residential area made us feel instantly relaxed. This beach front home is perfectly located to nearby shopping, restaurants and other amenities. The owner,Marc,has thought of everything to make one's stay more relaxing and enjoyable. He has carefully stocked necessities for the kitchen, baths and provided beach towels and beach set ups.We especially enjoyed the large adjustable pool side umbrella. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 5 young children. A screen porch and upper level balcony got a lot of use. But what truly made this a great experience was the friendliness and attentiveness of Marc and his property manager, Paul.We arrived to find a bottle of wine, fresh baked goods and chocolates. Paul personally greeted us to help orient us to the property and answer any questions. Best of all we had Paul prepare us a low country boil that was both delicious and great fun. Our family agreed hands down that this was our best beach vacation ever and all want to return to this same house-which we have booked for 2023 and 2024. Thanks again Marc for sharing your beautiful home and being so welcoming. (Uncle!) Paul you were the best and we hope you'll do another cook out for us next year. Joe and Toni C.

Amazing property!

Our family had the most amazing stay this past week!! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had all the little things that made our stay so much more convenient. The backyard was easily the best part, giant pool, great jacuzzi, hammock and seating everywhere. The shortest walk to the beach which was so clean and very private! Everything we needed was there, we barely left the property all week. This place exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect week!

Mark and Paul are the most attentive property owner/managers! Everything was absolutely wonderful, and they checked in periodically to make sure we were doing alright. The proximity to the beach was awesome, and the amenities/supplies were so helpful! We enjoyed everything this property had to offer, and had the best week with family. The views inside and out were incredible, we had a low-country boil at the house and it was fabulous, we swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub almost everyday, and we rode the bikes on the beach. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dogs which is key for us. We can’t wait to book again for 2024, since 2023 is fully booked already!

Perfect Location and Hosts

We just spent a wonderful week at 8 Wanderer. We went with a big group, 4 grandparents, 4 parents, and 4 kids. The house was perfectly suited for all our needs. All the beds were comfortable, and the house was cleaned well. Before I talk about the house, let me mention how attentive and friendly the manager Paul, and owner Marc are. They stop by from time to time and help with whatever needs it. They are very responsive! And the seafood boil Paul offers is not to be missed. 10/10 compared to going to a restaurant!! What the pics might not capture is the BEAUTIFUL view from all the common rooms. The windows in the living room are breathtaking, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot for coffee looking out at the beach. The upstairs master even has a balcony where you can look out over the beach and ocean, and even see if any of your gang is in the water! The pool is large, and the hot tub is hot when you want it to be. The house comes fully stocked, too. While it is not the most modern house on the beach, it is well taken care of, and they thought of everything you might need. We hope to stay again!!
