Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining area with seating for six. The kitchen is large and open while providing all the necessities of home. With stainless steel appliances, two-tone updated cabinets and granite countertops it'll be a pleasure cooking a meal for the whole family. In the kitchen there's also a breakfast nook which seats four. Just off the kitchen is a newly renovated bathroom with custom walk-in shower.

Between the kitchen and living areas you'll find the study, which is an excellent area to read a book or have a conversation. There's also a two-person arcade game! Completing the first floor is a large Carolina Room with two separate tables which combined can seat eight guests. Upstairs you'll find all the bedrooms.

The Primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite Primary bathroom and a private balcony which overlooks the huge backyard and lagoon! The newly updated Primary bathroom consists of a new two sink vanity and very large custom tiled walk-in shower! The first and second guest bedrooms each boast a queen bed and mounted HDTV. The third guest bedroom has a set of twin bunks and its own mounted HDTV. The newly updated guest bathroom on this floor is a tub and shower combination. There is an additional full guest bathroom which was just updated and is found downstairs next to the dining room.

Out back you're going to love your large patio with outdoor dining table and propane grill. The newly constructed pool is absolutely beautiful and features a large connected spa. The beach can be accessed by a short five minute or less drive, fifteen or so minute bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a seasonal and on-call shuttle service!

The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
