The condo is the best location on the island. Balcony overlooks the ocean. Had an issue with the balcony door not opening but management send over a worker immediately. The only requests I would suggest is to add a stove in the kitchen and a better mattress on the couch pull out bed. We bought food to cook and got back to the condo and there wasn’t a stove. The mattress on the pull out is very thin and painful.

Perfect beach front condo for a couple. Beautiful 1st floor view of dunes and beach waves. Loved the convenience and walkability to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, live music, and even a grocery store. Our only complaint was the people in the condo above us had a very heavy step, luckily we don't do a lot of hanging out in the condo during the day but they seemed to be there every time we were and they walked the hallways and opened/closed the sliding glass door often. The only time is was a huge bother was it woke us up in the middle of the night and early morning when they would go to the bathroom. The first 2 nights it was so loud I literally sat straight up in bed because I thought someone was in our space. Other than that great stay! Our first time in Hilton Head but not our last!

.Very Dirty comforter (clean side was up, when folded back it was brown with filth).Pillows are flat and smelled terrible (purchased my own for my stay) .Ice maker does not work.Dishwasher does not work and no drying mat or rack for dishes (had to hand wash everything used) .Couch is filthy and in very bad shape makes loud noise just sitting down on it. .Dryer takes FOREVER to dry and very small.Multiple burnt out lightbulbs .Shower drain won’t stay open.No door safety latch .Dirty fan in main room .Use caution stove is next to sink .Bathroom cabinet does not stay closed.Upstairs neighbors will be heard while walking, opening/closing sliding glass door, and flushing toilet .The grounds are well maintained except for the ground floor walkways could use a rusty old un-used bike clear out. NOTE: check your room for the gate code to access the beach!! (Not knowing it was needed had me going back and forth) should be given with check in information. Positive:.Security guard on side very nice.Elevators are great .Location is perfect for entertainment, shopping and food.Pool has plenty of seating and shade .Beach has security coded gate for property security (very crowded during summer).Clean for the most part.Look for the deer off the balcony. He made an appearance during my visit

Very nice beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Sofa needed cleaning and some of the things were not all the way clean when we arrived. Other than that, it is a great little condo close to the beach and good management.

This was the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed at. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and the balcony had some loose boards, but I would definitely stay there again.

Great property with ocean view! Park & walk to everything you need!

Great little 1 bedroom apartment that my wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. Fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceilings with beach color scheme, the tile floor a little dated but clean. Kitchen was open concept to living room was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, granite counter and toaster all in good working order and clean. The high-top bar stools at the kitchen island were a good area to eat or check out my computer. Stackable washer and dryer looked new. Living room had pullout sofa bed and comfortable chair and wall mounted flat screen TV. (Great artwork on the living room walls Mr. Owner as I found myself staring at the wall painting a lot!) Exterior wall had full view balcony door so from kitchen/living area the views are awesome. Balcony itself was the star of the show. Great ocean view with mature lush dunes. The double high-top chair avoided view being obstructed by balcony. The bed was a little small but comfortable, but we are used to king size. Linens and towels all in great condition. The Breakers overall grounds are clean and well maintained. There was a generous pool deck area with a heated adult pool then a smaller shallow unheated kiddy pool. Security were great guys and always moved around the grounds. Coligny Plaza across the street had much to see and do all under a 10-minute walk to farthest point. Great biking on trails & beach.

Broken appliances

First day was great, then discovered the washer didn’t work. The rental property did our laundry for us which was greatly appreciated. 2nd day discovered dish washer latch was broken. So disappointed, the rental property offered us to move to another unit which we were very happy and grateful to do.

Excellent Location

This was a nice property for my little family, excellently located across the street from the Coligny Shops. The bed is slightly uncomfortable and springy, but my twins slept great on the little couch bed each night no problem. It is well stocked with all the things you might need in the kitchen as well, and the view form the balcony is great as well. Overall, a good vacation spot for a family on a budget.

Prefect getaway

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We didn't have to drive to go anywhere. Restaurants,shops and the beach was steps away. We come to hilton head once a year and this area was by far the best time ever. Will be booking again.

Nice place

Great location and property management was very helpful. Sofa, stool and chair cushions were stained and dirty. Deck is in bad shape, boards are coming loose. I recommend leaving TV instructions in unit because they are very difficult to manage. But mgt. Came out and helped quickly.

Beautiful Place and we loved it!!

THe property was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. We loved the unit and everything about it was perfect for what we wanted. We also needed an ocean front location this year as my husband had hurt his knee and could not walk far. We have been to Hilton Head many times and love the more secluded locations but this time, this location was perfect for what we needed. We are extremely grateful that it was available! The staff was just lovely and I could have hugged them they were all so sweet to work with, but with darn Covid now you just do not know what you can and cannot do with people.

Direct Ocean Front at a Great Rate!

The Breakers has probably one of the best locations on Hilton Head with great access to the beach and Coligny to where you only have to get back into your car if you need to. The new elevators at The Breakers are not up and running yet so this first floor condo was perfect with a great view of the ocean. The unit itself was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the newly remodeled kitchen was very well supplied. The only things I thought could help improve an already great place would be to have bar top table and chair on the deck and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This unit will definitely be put on our preferred list!

Great location, not very clean

For what you pay for, it was a great deal. We rented bikes and biked to everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful view from the balcony. It could definitely use a deep cleaning. There is dust on everything...the ceiling fan, the chair rail molding, the top of the bed headboard. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, but it wasn’t unbearable. Another note- the dishwasher door wouldn’t latch closed and power on, so we ended up having to hand wash all of our dishes last minute as we were checking out. Overall, it was a nice stay. Especially for the price!

Great Location

Perfect long weekend for my husband and I. Pros: Great location with nice ocean view. We never used our vehicle the entire weekend as anything we could want or need was within walking distance. Super easy check-in and check-out. Just the right amount of extras provided for a comfortable stay (dish soap, soap, towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters and paper towels. Cons: The property is older and in need of maintenance/upkeep/elbow grease. The unit has so much potential but needs the upgrades and cleaning to be completely done rather than started but not finished.... A deep clean and new deck floor boards would be most beneficial.
