This lovely stay boasts a comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom, single-level villa layout located on the Barony Golf Course of Port Royal. Under new ownership (June 2023) and newly updated with fresh paint and decorative upgrades, this villa is a tasteful home away from home. Enter the villa up the four steps into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings, clean furnishings, and tile flooring. The living room has comfortable seating, a wet bar, a large TV, a DVD player, and a small reading area. The Carolina Room and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. The Carolina Room is furnished comfortably for enjoying the golf course views and sweeping landscape beyond.

The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and has everything needed to prepare daily meals. The dining area can be found off the kitchen and is open to the living space, allowing for conversation to flow effortlessly.

The spacious primary bedroom features a TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is also accessible by the hallway. The third bedroom has a window seat, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a three-burner gas grill.

The nearby beach park is a short walk or bike ride away, the park has a playground, restroom facilities, and showers. The Westin Resort, with restaurants, shopping, and resort facilities is just minutes away by car, biking, or walking. The Links also has a community pool just steps from the villa.

With all the comfort and convenience of home and all the upgrades and enjoyment of a true beach vacation, you'll want to return to this lovely villa year after year!

The condo has lots of space that was perfect for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the ability for everyone to have time together with games at the table but also room for individual groups. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Thank you for hosting us!

The property is well located. Parking in the garage is a plus. The bathrooms are a bit dated and the carpets in the bedrooms are at the end of their lives. The back sun room is a great place to read and relax.

I was worried that was not going to be as shown in the photos but was pleasantly surprised! Some of the furniture and appliances have been updated since the photos were taken. This is in a compact neighborhood. Lots of units around but still seems private. Community is gated. We were able to see an alligator. Nice to watch the golf course in the bonus room too. Three bedrooms and 3 baths. All private bathrooms. Sleeper sofa in living room. Unit was clean, sheets and towels provided. Kitchen was mostly stocked, as far as needed appliances, pots and pans. 2 bikes provided. Can easily walk to beach or bike. We very much enjoyed it and would return. Thank you.

Could be a lot cleaner. i am referring to the carpeting which is VERY spotted & dirty. Has been mentioned in guest book & more than once & my guess is it would have been cleaned. There was a musty smell (front area) as soon as you opened front door every time. I would suspect owner, agency, & cleaning staff all recognize that smell & nothing done. The location as far as finding this condo had everyone we asked without question - no one had a clue & we spent a lot of time hunting it. Need more specific directions to this unit.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed here for the weekend of the Heritage. It was super clean and accommodating. The inside decor was super cute. Loved the privacy of the place and location. Only a short drive to the buses for the tournament. I would recommend this place to any family who wants a fun get away!

Cockroaches everywhere. Do not stay here.

We killed about 12 cockroaches during our 3 night stay. The unit was poorly cleaned, dust was all over the baseboards and dead bugs in the corners. If the unit hat been cleaned properly, the owners would have known about the cockroach issue before our stay. Will never stay here again.

Family Vacation

Love Hilton Island We have stayed in this area for several years now It's out of the way of the hustle & bustle The Westin is nearby & we enjoy all the extras they have to offer. The cottage was nice but a few problems The golf carts sticker was expired and we were hassled every time we used it Even when we used the meters. Not even worth having a golf cart It was so much trouble!! there was a smoke detector hanging from the ceilings' in one of the bedrooms. The washer & dryer were of poor quality. We found clothing from the previous guests in the bedrooms. Some of the sinks were not cleaned.

Great stay. Very clean. Carpet in master could be updated. Only one real suggestion. Would have liked to have a guest book with things to do where to go how to get there that so of thing. Great experience overall would definitely book this location again in a heart beat.

Plenty of Space

Our family (2 adults/3 teens and teen friends) visited Hilton Head in July. Overall, a good week was had by all, despite the rainy weather. Impressions of the property we stayed in: Positives: 1. Communication with Vacasa (the rental company managing the property) was superb. They were very helpful and seemed to be very organized with sending information. 2. Links 7A had plenty of space for 8 people. The master bedroom was pretty big, comfy enough bed, nice big bathroom and closet area. We had a girls' room, where 2 of the girls slept on the queen size bed, and we moved the mattress from the sleeper sofa onto the floor for the other teen. The boys slept in the other room- 2 twin beds and one air mattress (which we brought) on the floor. 3. Nice to have separate bathrooms for each group of kids. 4. Linens provided were decent- plenty of towels, and a washer/dryer for laundry throughout the week. 5. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and knives/silverware/utensils. Even had foil, plastic wrap, etc. 6. It was so nice to have a garage to store bikes, beach stuff, etc. We did not park in the garage, as there was plenty of driveway space for 2 cars (one of which was a big Ram truck) and extra parking at the pool area less than a block away. 7. Golf cart was a nice bonus as it got a lot of use back and forth to the beach area. You can park it at Islander Beach Park (locals only beach) as it has the appropriate sticker necessary on the back of it. All other beach areas you have to pay to park, so this was a nice extra. Negatives: Keep in mind that we did have a good week, and I only mention these so others are aware. 1. They have a mice problem in the house. There were snap traps placed throughout the kitchen/laundry area- thankfully we never saw a captured mouse, but we definitely knew they were there, as they got into any food/packaging left out in the kitchen. Things that were put away in cabinets were safe, but anything left out was nibbled at. 2. The garage smells like dead fish- I'm not sure if someone previously had left their catch in there or what, but there is a definite stench as soon as you open the door. 3. Trash cans outside were quite small and not collected often enough. 4. It would have been nice to have a "welcome book" with basic information about the property (trash collection, beach access, garage door code, etc.)

Absolutely Beautiful!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this is the Cleanest place we have stayed in and everything was so nice. The enclosed room off the back was over looking the golf course and very relaxing. The golf cart was great to have use of, especially for dropping our things off to the beach. It's a 8 to 10 minute walk but the accomodations made up for it!!

Great getaway before school starts
