Upon entering the villa, you will be delighted with the contemporary, coastal decor.  Two comfortable sofas for lounging provide plenty of space for a couple or small family to enjoy the island.  Unique coastal touches are everywhere in this villa, all with comfort and enjoyment in mind. The cozy bedroom with a King bed is tucked away for peaceful relaxation and privacy, but with fabulous marina views and its own private deck! The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and is beautifully tiled for a contemporary, clean look. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the villa.

The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a quick lunch between beach outings or a seafood feast prepared with local fare. Dine inside or out, with lots of extra seating.  .  Why not end the day with a quiet cocktail on the balcony, watching the boats cruise in and out of the harbor? 

Although the interior of this villa is remarkable, most of your time will probably be spent on the deck.  Stunning views, beautiful sunrises and ocean breezes will fill your days with memories of an island experience you will never forget!  Evenings are special in the harbor, no matter what your plans entail.

Harborside II is a small 5 story complex located mid island in Shelter Cove.  Once inside the private parking area, you may never have to get in your car again!  Just a few steps away are dozens of outstanding restaurants, shops, and attractions, something for everyone to do when not lounging at the pool or beach. Enjoy watersports of every kind, from kayaking to paddle boards to guided tours or even rent your own boat if you are adventurous.  Seasonal complimentary shuttle service to the beach and other neighboring attractions is available (March-September).

Harbourside's community pool is located behind Harborside I, just next door.  Community grill is available inside the pool area. 

Did we mention fireworks?  Now in its 30th year, Shelter Cove is known for its weekly family friendly festival, Harbourfest.  Every Tuesday night during summer months (weather permitting), generations of families have enjoyed music, crafts, vendors and our special fireworks extravaganza to conclude the evening.  Harbourfest is much anticipated island tradition, you can enjoy right from the comfort of your villa! Shelter Cove has evolved over the years into the island’s hub. Located mid island, this
Mediterranean- styled marina (repeat winner this year for best marina on the island) has
it all: watersports, dining, shopping, entertainment and extraordinary views. No matter
the time of day or night, the wrap-around boardwalk is filled with dog walkers, families
enjoying the sights or couples sharing quiet moments on the benches located along the
walkway.
Spring and summer are when Shelter Cove really comes to life. Nightly entertainment
at the gazebo, festivals and events of every kind, including the fabulous Memorial Day
Arts Festival. Most memorable is the always popular 30 th year, Tuesday night firework
extravaganza, Harbourfest, featuring vendors, music and kids’ activities, culminating in
a great firework display at dusk. (We have heard a rumor of something special planned
for the 250 th anniversary of the USA this year!) Enjoy kayaking, rent a boat for a quick
cruise down the waterway, go cruise and watch some dolphins or just enjoy the beauty
of the “back side of the island.”
