Welcome to Vista del Mar! This stylish one bedroom beachfront villa is located within Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, a private gated oceanfront community with direct access to Folly Field Beach. The villa is 540 sq ft, located on the top (3rd) floor (Unit C330) with a private balcony and unobstructed ocean views. An elevator and laundry are on the premises.

The villa is stylish and up-to-date. This is a premium villa in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. There is a new queen-size mattress in the bedroom along with two child-size bunks. A privacy door is located between the bedroom and the living room, which includes a pull-out sofa bed. The property is ideal for a couple or family with a small child.

Open floor plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space. There is a walk-in shower, modern kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully-stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker (K-cup), tea pot, toaster, blender, crockpot and essentials. Fresh linens, fluffy towels, bath soaps, and a hair drier are provided. Two beach chairs, a wagon, and pool toys are included for your use. Two televisions (bedroom and living room) are available with free WiFi access in the unit.

Central air conditioning throughout condo, including the bathroom. In addition, ceiling fans are in the bedroom, living room and on the balcony.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head Island. It offers private entrances to the beach, the largest pool on the island, as well as a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 6 lit tennis courts and 12 pickle ball courts, a playground, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer, enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karaoke at the pool. There are two restaurants on the property for eat-in or delivery to the villa. Additional restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. A seasonal shuttle takes you around the island (April - October). Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.

$115.00 Cleaning Fee
$35.00 Parking Fee/Per Vehicle

$35.00 is per car. If more than 1 pass is needed, please identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected. Please provide the last name of the driver of the other vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
*Bookings canceled at least 14 - 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
*Booking Cancellations less than 14 days prior to stay will be non-refundable unless there is a severe situation involved, such as Hurricane threat, etc.

DAMAGES:
It is the guests responsibility to notify unit manager at time of check-in if anything in the unit is broken (with photos). Otherwise, the guest is assuming responsibility for the unit until check-out. A claim for any damages will be submitted to VRBO for resolution.

LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN:
Due to the scheduling of cleaners in advance, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. If an early check-in is requested, we will notify guests when cleaning is complete so they may enter the unit earlier.
