Guests initially enter Golf, Sea & Sunshine by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the living room, dining area, kitchen, lower level suite, hallway bathroom and a laundry room. Walk up the stairs to find the king suite, the full suite and a twin daybed on the landing at the top of the stairs. You can access the expansive back deck through the living room, the side deck through the kitchen & dining area and private outdoor balconies through each bedroom in the villa. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.



NO SMOKING (INCLUDING VAPING). Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night.
