Welcome to our newly remodeled Palmetto Dunes vacation home, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that overlooks the beautiful fairway of the famous George Fazio Golf Course and lagoon. Step out onto the deck and take in the stunning views while relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture.
Inside, you'll find an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped and ready for your culinary creations. The living room features brand new furniture and the bedrooms and kitchen have vinyl flooring throughout. Each bedroom has been updated with new bedding and photos. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite with one king bed and beautiful views. The main floor bedroom has two full beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom on the first floor also has a tub/shower combination.

Cable and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a washer and dryer, all linens, extra pillows and blankets. This two-story villa has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Inverness Village offers a private saltwater pool, baby pool, and sundeck for fishing on the lagoon. There is also a dock for kayak access on the 11-mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the pool are three new private Har-Tru tennis courts that are easy to reserve and free for guests. Inverness is one of the only properties in Palmetto Dunes with its own tennis courts.
