Mit einem spektakulären Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean vom Balkon direkt am Meer, die Villa ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und Pool am Meer. Es ist eingebettet zwischen Marriott's Grand Ocean Resort im Süden und Hilton Ocean Oak Resort im Norden - ein idealer Ort, um Freunde und Familienmitglieder zu treffen, die sich in einem dieser Resorts aufhalten. Es ist ideal gelegen, um Ihren Urlaub angenehm und unvergesslich! Die Villa im zweiten Stock ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und wurde komplett renoviert. Die Renovierungsarbeiten umfassten eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte, einen verbesserten offenen Grundriss sowie neue Möbel und Kunstwerke. Die frisch gestrichene Villa bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen in einem Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Ocean Dunes Complex ist ein Anwesen am Meer, etwa 70 Meter vom Strand am South Forest Beach Drive und nur wenige Schritte vom Coligny Plaza und dem Coligny Beach Park entfernt. Gäste haben auch Zugang zur Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks des Hilton.

Can't beat the view!

The villa was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed! The best part was the view of the ocean and palm trees. The owner provided expert instructions on everything, an informative info binder, and sample menus for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location is amazing and the unit is top notch. My group ended up larger than originally planned and the hosts were able to quickly get us more towels and supplies. Loved being next to the Hilton; their beach bar and grill has excellent food and drinks. It was easy to socially distance both on the beach and at the condo. I would love to come back.

The only downfall was the construction happening next door. They were busy constructing a new condo building. I didn't need an alarm clock as the noise woke me each day. My husband slept right through it and he didn't mind the work going on at all. We were not there during the day so it wasn't a problem for us. The exterior of the building could use some sprucing up but the new built pool is a gray addition. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very small and the view was not as I had expected, but we enjoyed our time at HHI nonetheless. The outdoor furniture was worn and the living room ac (wall unit) blows out onto the balcony so it wasn’t a good place to relax. We appreciated the two beach chairs and used them daily. I also didn’t realize that the unit didn’t have a washer and dryer (only a pay unit on site)... had I realized that, I probably would have chosen a different location. My best description would be adequate. We had a decent place to stay, but it was tight for two people.

First family vacation

This property was rated “excellent” and honestly I’m confused why. The entire room smelled like mold, even with the humidifier on constantly. Stale and musty. We laid down for bed the first night and the linens smelled soured. Luckily Judy the cleaning lady brought us fresh the next day. The shower floor feels like it’s going to cave in, and never really looks clean. Not sure if it’s stained or just old. The most disturbing part was the bath towels had (what I am hoping was beard hair) woven within the fabric. Super gross. The doors don’t latch, so when laying my baby down for a nap the door never would shut all the way, or pop loudly open and scared him to death. Sand was still on the floor, and so I had to vaccuum as soon as we got there. The description says linens are provided but it fails to mention that only enough is provided if you plan to stay there for 3 to 4 days. I feel if you are staying a week extra linen should be included, or at least make you aware. Ventilation sucks, so our room got to smell like the endless Marijuana being smoked from the family staying beside us. If the linens and mold smell was fixed, we’d maybe consider staying a long weekend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3rd time staying in this unit. The unit was clean on arrival. The couch is very uncomfortable time to be replaced. The owners have done a great job labeling (lights, remotes, fans, etc.....) Well stocked (towels, paper towels, soap, coffee filters) Great location.We had to pull on the door to lock it. The humidifier is very loud (we turned it off while we were in the unit). It would be very crowded with 4 people in the unit. The complex definitely is showing its age. Outside the complex smells like mildew. BEWARE of SNAKES....while lounging by the pool a snake came up around my chair. Earlier in the week a snake feel out of one of the palm trees and almost landed on someone. I guess you can expect snakes around with the natural areas...but I was surprise to see them inside the pool area. The pool is small and was very warm like bath water --pool is old. The shrubs around the walk ways should be trimmed way back . A new key coded gate (now a gated community)!! We Planned to book the same unit one more year, the price increased $560. We are looking for a newer unit/complex for next year. You can book the Hilton next door via vrbo 2 bedroom unit for a little bit more. In the past we have stayed in other units at Ocean Dunes - we feel it's time to move on to a newer place. Thanks Ocean Dunes for the good times and SNAKES !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mattress and pillows could use replacing. Otherwise all was very good. Unit would have been a bit crowded for more than two people.

Awesome View and Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect spot for a first visit to Hilton Head Island! The view was perfect, the facilities were clean, and centrally located. Wonderful walks on the beach and the pool was very nice as well. I would stay here again!
