Thoughtfully laid out for comfort and convenience, the bedroom features a king bed, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa with mattress topper, offering flexible sleeping options for couples, families, or friends.



A laptop-friendly workspace makes it easy to check in with the office if needed, or to plan your daily itineraries. A private washer and dryer help keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay. Step outside to your private outdoor seating area and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon read surrounded by a peaceful setting.



When you’re ready to cool off, take advantage of the resort’s communal outdoor pool or explore everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. There are miles of scenic biking and walking paths, easy access to world class golf, tennis and pickleball, and nearby kayaking through the 11-mile lagoon system. You’re also just minutes away from Shelter Cove, a mid-island destination for high end shopping and dining, Coligny Beach Park, and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Park in the on-site lot; there are no assigned parking spaces.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or any pet-related damage.

• Pool: Guests have access to the communal outdoor swimming pool.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are provided in the unit.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Beach & parks: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can reach Shelter Cove Community Park (waterfront paths and festival grounds), Coligny Beach Park (splash pad and premier beach access), and the ship-themed Adventure Playground at Lowcountry Celebration Park.
