The space
Large groups are welcome! The home has beds to sleep 13, plus 4 twin air mattresses and 2 pack and plays.

Bedroom/Bathroom configuration is as follows:
Room 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom
Room 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom
Room 3: Queen bed, shared hallway bathroom
Room 4 (Bunk Room): 1 full over queen bunk bed, 1 twin over full bunk bed, shared hallway bathroom

We provide the following with families with children in mind:

Toddler potty seat
Bright Starts playful paradise vibrating baby bouncer

Late Check Out/Early Check In Policy & Fees

24 hour notice is required for early check in or late check out requests. We try our best to accommodate even last minute requests, however this depends on the availability of our cleaning team. All requests are subject to host approval.

Standard check out time is 10am.
Check out at 11am for an additional $65.
If a guest remains on the premises beyond 11:30pm without the authorization of the host a fee of $500 will be charged.

Standard check in time is 4pm
Check in at 3pm for an additional $65

Payment is collected through the platform. You will never be asked to pay outside of the app.
