Welcome to The Hamilton... Family home to JanesLodges! Make our Home your Home for a month or more. This family-owned, beach-oriented home in the South Beach Area of Sea Pines boasts one of the best lagoon settings on the island.
This year we have opened our home to the Guest who shares our enthusiasm for Hilton Head Island and the memories that present after a lengthier stay.

At the gate, enter the home from the garden-level patio.

Grand Living Area:
Full panel of windows across this space with dynamic views to the pool and lagoon.
Sitting Area, Puzzle Table and Dining Area sprawl along the Hardwood Floor.

Kitchen:
View the lagoon and enjoy working in this space with its large granite island. Lots of windows and window seat. Entrance to the Deck which leads to the Pool Area and Exterior.

Laundry Room:
Just off of the Kitchen with Full Washer and Dryer

1/2 Bath: Just off of the Laundry Area as well as an entrance from the Billiards Room.

Billiards Room:
Many windows and Private Deck with Porch Swing. A favorite spot to many.
Pool table.

Entertainment Room:
Bar and TV Viewing Area. Big Screen TV. Lots of windows.

Office and Art Room with Private corner Deck.

Pool is surrounded by Patios with loungers and dining seating with Views to the Lagoon. The Pool can be heated with a Fee.
Covered Patio is your relaxing station with its hammock, and barbecue grill.

Parking for a Total of 5 vehicles.

Sleeping Arrangements: (Sleeps up to 10 people)
Bedroom 1: King. Opens to a deck and views the lagoon and pool area. Private Bath.
Bedroom 2: 2 Twins. Private Bath. Opens to The Office with Private Deck.
Bedroom 3: Queen. Private Deck overlooking the pool area and lagoon. Private Bath.
Bedroom 4: 3 Twins with Private Bath.
Bedroom 5: Queen with Private Bath.

Fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with foils and wraps, trash bags, dish cloths and towels, soaps, basic spices, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, drip and single serve coffee makers and standard small appliances.
