Wonderful updated luxury vacation condo with covered veranda facing the Shipyard golf course. Easy bike ride or about a 10 minute walk to the beach on a shaded bike path away from the traffic and crowds. The kitchen is nicely equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, lighting, and tile floors. The spacious master suite has a king bed, updated master bath with a tile shower and granite counters. The second bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, and an updated bathroom with a walk in tile shower. Both bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. The living room has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view, with a fold out couch and a large flat screen TV. The community pool and hot tub are right next to the building. Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 153 Colonnade in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Shipyard offers miles of great shaded bike paths which wind along live oaks with views of the golf course and wildlife. The Shipyard beach house has restrooms and outside showers when you come off the beach. If you choose not to walk to the beach, Shipyard also offers beach parking. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf for you to enjoy. Shipyard is very close to all of the shopping and dining options around Coligny Plaza, but yet feels amazingly secluded and serene.

Very nice.

Good location, nice pool, nice layout of condo. Only complaint is that the A/C unit is not sized big enough to keep up with the summer heat and humidity. So, condo was a bit too warm and humid at times. In defense, it was extremely hot and humid conditions outside. But, I don't think this is all that unusual on HHI.

Colonnade Condo Review

Condo was modern with new kitchen fixtures and updated bathrooms. The den was large enough for a family of 4 to sit comfortably together. Televisions were in the main room and both bedrooms. Very nice pool and beach is walkable, although we rode our bikes. There is not a grill on the property and no beach chairs or umbrellas available.

Perfect Spring Break!

The condo was very well maintained and clean. It was just steps from the pool and hot tub and a short walk and bike ride to the beach. The Shipyard plantation was gorgeous and located so close to many restaurants! We love HHI and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed!

Great Getaway

The property was clean and was just as presented online. It had a nice, paved path directly to the beach. The pools were beautiful, but too cold for our family to enjoy this time of year. I am glad I read the reviews of this property before we booked it so I would know to take my own hair dryer. They do not have one so take yours!!

Had a great time in the quiet and very clean condo. Perfect location close to shopping or the beach. Plenty of places to explore. Could have used a map of the complex but we were able to find our way around after a couple of days.

Lovely condo and location. A couple of things that need fixed - no hair dryer and it says it does have one. There was a moldy smell when u walk in we bought air freshners which helped. Recommend taking carpet out.

The condo was just as described. The property was clean. No issues with TVs/internet. Great location. Could have used more wash clothes so we wouldn’t have to wash them everyday. Pillows lacked support. But these two things were minor. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and convenient to beach and shopping

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head. The condo was very clean and conveniently located. We had one minor issue and the owner of the property responded immediately and went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. He even followed up the next day to check in- which was even more impressive since it was 4th of July and an extremely busy time. Next time the only thing wewould do different is stay longer! The week flew by- we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great condo and short walk to the beach

The condo was clean, comfortable and close to everything. My stepson enjoyed going fishing at the nearby ponds. The ac worked good and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was also a short walk.
