Light and airy with modern finishes and a casual coastal décor, the open floor plan is great for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is beautifully updated and extremely well equipped for cooking and dining at home -- and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a pull up breakfast bar. Fiber optic high speed internet, cable TV, Sonos wireless speakers, and Apple TV – as well as dozens of board games -- provide your family’s entertainment needs in the living room/dining room area.

The villa is located across a beautiful lagoon just off of the 4th tee box of Atlantic Dunes golf course. From the back door you can stroll across either of two private bridges to the community’s own putting and chipping green. Or you can enjoy fishing right from the backyard! Those feeling less active can just sit in an Adirondack chair under the shade of majestic live oak trees and enjoy being serenaded by bird song and marveling at the backyard wild life.

From the front door you are just a short 7 minute walk to the finest beach in Sea Pines. It’s an even shorter bike ride to the Beach Club, the Plantation Golf Club and the 600 acre Forest Preserve. Being located very close to Sea Pines’ less-crowded Ocean Gate means that access to the rest of Hilton Head by bike or car is easy and convenient.

Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom downstairs that has a king bed with en suite full bathroom with walk-in glass shower. Two guest rooms are upstairs, each with full bath attached. One guest room has a queen size bed with walk in glass shower. The second guest room has a king bed with en suite full bath. The couch in the living room is convertible to an extra bed if needed.

Sea Pines Resort amenities include three championship golf courses, loads of tennis and pickleball courts, miles of bike trails, white sand beaches, the Harbourtown marina and lighthouse museum, and the Salty Dog café.

Guests can use the South Beach pool for a weekly fee of $100 for a family of four. You pay for the weekly pool pass at South Beach pool.

The PGA’s Heritage Golf Classic is played annually in Sea Pines at the Harbourtown Golf Links, so if you are a golfer you can play where the pros play. But you can also go deep sea fishing, take a sunset cruise, enjoy great restaurants, shop in waterfront stores and enjoy the many ocean, forest and marsh views -- all without leaving Sea Pines Resort.

Outside the resort, Hilton Head Island offers 118 miles of bike paths, over 200 restaurants with lots of waterfront and seafood dining options and outdoor music. There is plenty of shopping and almost no end to outdoor activities to choose from -- including kayaking, sailing trips, ziplining, and nature tours.
