Oceanfront view!

Loved this property for 2! Beautiful view and just the right size for 2 people. Only issue was the rusted outdoor table and the ac blows hot air onto you from the back while seated at the outdoor table. Easy fix: we covered table with a towel and turned off ac during dinner on the deck. Decor is lovely; will return!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. Loved the ocean views and especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The development and neighbors were quiet, and the pool, while small, was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the short, shaded 5-minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shops and restaurants.A couple of small downsides: the AC unit on the balcony is a bit noisy, and the unit could use a few more essentials (like a cutting board, more toilet paper and trash bags for a longer stay, and a new hair dryer). Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

The condo is just as listed . Really nice upgrades , super clean and comfy bed .Perfect ocean view balcony for morning coffee or moon light cocktails. Great location , short walk to beach and shops. Will definitely visit again.

Great place!

We loved the place, it was advertised just as it is. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very kind with helpful. I would rent this place again if we go back with only two people. My only suggestion for the write up it to tell people to bring quarters if they want to use laundry we don’t have any and had to go looking. We figured there was change machine.

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We've been staying at various Sea Side Villa units for over 30 years now. Great location. Walk or bicycle everywhere if you want. This villa is a very nice ocean front unit that we've stayed in twice now.

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We have stayed at Seaside Villas now for over 30 years. Great location, right on the beach. Just walk out of your unit and across the boardwalk to the beach in 5 minutes flat. This was a very nice ocean front villa on the fist floor. We will surely stay there again.

Smaller Than You Think

The property was immaculate and in a great location. But it is a very small place. You open the door and you are in the only bedroom. There is no central air, just one a/c unit, which makes the front of the condo much warmer than the room with the a/c unit. Thankfully, the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Even though the listing says it sleeps four (with a small pull-out sofa), there is no way more than two people would be comfortable. Two people is quite a tight fit.

View of the dunes

The balcony is low and you can see the dunes not the ocean. This property is cute and small. The bedroom is right inside the entry of these older condos. It is newly updated and beautiful inside. There are no beach chairs or beach towels available... The bed was comfortable... We had a nice stay.

Perfect October Getaway!

We have never stayed in this area before and we absolutely loved the location! It was close to the Coligny Plaza and all restaurants. We could walk to Piggly Wiggly and get what we needed and a fresh Vegetable/Fruit stand just down the street from the Resort. The room was perfect for a couple. Amenities were as described and the kitchen was stocked with upgraded utensils/pots/pans! We loved the view every morning sitting on the balcony and eating breakfast! The convenience to the beach was an extra blessing. We will definitely be booking here again. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 9 years and always have stayed in Folley Field Beach area but we have found another beautiful reason to keep coming back!

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed at Sea Villas several times! This was our first time in an ocean front unit. The property was very recently renovated. It was small for our family of 4, but we knew that going in. Bed & pull out couch were comfortable. We had great beach access. Would recommend this unit.

Better than expected

We were impressed with this condo rental. Although somewhat small, we were expecting it to be so. We’ve rented in other areas on HHI, so we knew it wouldn’t be huge. The amenities were great. The view on the balcony was so relaxing. Having a smart TV was a plus. The kitchenette was furnished with nice, high quality items. Loved the shower. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the added advantage of having some covered parking as well. All-in-all, a pleasant stay.

Full ocean view, great location!

This condo has been completely and beautifully updated. High quality appliances and furnishings. Perfect getaway for us (married couple). We never needed our car
 rode our bikes or walked to restaurants, shops and just steps to the beach! Loved it.

Great Location but cleanliness needs work

Beautiful views and a great location. The cleanliness of the place was rough there was what looked like pizza grease on the balcony and we found candy under the coach. When I spoke with the property manager first day they say the towel bar in the bathroom was broken and needed to be fixed and someone would come Monday i messaged them at that time about the balcony. No one showed up Monday Tuesday they called to tell me that someone will be there to mount the towel bar 15 min later they called and told me someone’s ac broke and they get priority but someone will come by and clean the balcony. They had to move hoses up stairs to power wash. Wed someone came to install the towel bar so and hour of drilled and such. They also called and said there was prob a leak in the room and it was flooding the office underneath so they needed to have more people come in and look for it. Thursday They came back and painted the wall in the bathroom while we were out so the bathroom smelt like paint for the day. 4 out of the 5 days we had someone in the place for cleaning or maintenance
