SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 â mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January â April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

If you dream of the perfect vacation home away from home, 3101 SeaCrest is your dream come true! This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa is located in building 3 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Here everyone can enjoy direct ocean views from inside and out. Two private balconies overlooking the pool (only heated in March and April) and the Atlantic Ocean provide the ideal space for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails and the gentle breezes waft over you.
Inside you have an open plan with all new furnishings, paint, wood floors, carpet, bedding, granite counters, and upgraded appliances. The spacious living and dining area is great for hosting family game or movie night. And wait until you see the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and breakfast bar seating. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature comfy king beds, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. You're sure to find all 3 bathrooms with spa-like finishes to be beautiful and relaxing.
SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly, the wide, sandy beaches are just at your doorstep.
