Typical rental condo. Kitchen set up was minimal, wasn’t even a spatula for making omelettes. Silverware was unique! The building did not have luggage carriers so had to shlep everything in to unit and then bring empty suitcases down to fill up with our food and other none clothing items.Unit was clean, nice shower, and adequate for a couple. Good location.

Please read this entire review for a understanding of this “villa”.This property is advertised as"Spacious Villa With Ocean Views Near Shops & Beach in Harbour Town Hilton Head". Part of that is true.First, let’s define villa. A “villa” is a large, impressive house, originally a Roman country house for the wealthy, that can also refer to a luxurious vacation home, or a smaller, low-maintenance home in a modern real estate.” The property was none of that.Neither spacious nor a villa. Next. Ocean View!!??!!?? Our balcony overlooked a parking lot. Luckily a huge poorly maintained tree covered most of the parking lot view and we would rather look at a tree. There are units that do face the water however it is not the ocean. It is a marina that opens up to a large river. Walking distance to the marina which offers restaurants, shopping, and the marina itself is adorable. When I contacted Host2Coast the representative I spoke with went way above and beyond to address our dissatisfaction with the property. She was professional, kind, and listened as I expressed my disappointment. I am very impressed with the response I received. We ended up staying there. The unit was nice, clean, conveniently located, good water pressure, comfortable bed, beautifully furnished, offered free laundry, good wi-fi, and was very comfortable in general.Should you decide to rent here make sure to clarify exactly what you’re getting.

Location is amazing in the Sea Pines/Harbour Town area! The building is older but VERY well kept. The condo is nicely furnished and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the shower is fantastic! Being on the forth floor, our view was of the tree in the parking area, so we didn't sit on the patio at all. (NO ocean view as stated in the description) The check-in instructions need to be clearer...you have to go to the off-site office to get your parking pass before going to the building (the instructions start with sending you to the condo.) Loved the personalized, hand-written note from host2coast and the goodies. We will definitely return.

Amazing Property and Spectacular Location

We could not have asked for a more perfect destination. The property exceeded my expectations and the location was absolutely perfect. The view of the lighthouse out the back door of our property could not have been more perfect. The property had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our First Visit to Sea Pines

We loved the Condo. It was clean and provided everything it listed. We had a problem with the coffeemaker on our first morning. The management company replaced the coffeemaker within the hour! Parking was steadily available and The Marina snd shops were in walking distance. We would definitely come back and use this condo again
