The second floor has one primary bedroom with a king size bed, ample closet space and a beautiful view. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bath with a shower/tub and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom is another primary suite with a king size bed and shares the third floor with the loft bedroom. This room would be great for kids, with bunkbeds and a clubhouse hangout feel. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cove, wander a short walk to the beach or head over to the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe and many other island activities. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
