We had a great stay in Hilton Head for our spring break; booked this condo only a week out when our spring ski trip fell through. We have been to HHI countless times and have stayed in many rentals over the years.Pros:- location! Views cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the terraces at all times of the day especially because we were there during a cooler than normal March week; when the beach was too windy the terraces felt perfect.- check in process - picking up SP passes on New Orleans road was a breeze- space - perfect size condo for our 4-person family plus grandma- poolside grill - we brought steaks to grill for a night in and we were thrilled to see 2 Weber grills available to use! Opportunities (not meant as criticism, just suggestions / for future renters to be aware of):- this is a pretty basic condo, no frills; high value due to the location and views- directions to the pool through the building itself (I.e. not walking around the outside of the building) would be a nice add to the binder or condo website- took us a full day or checking various doors to figure out the way- mattresses are old and have virtually no padding; we got used it but took a couple nights- I emailed prior to the trip to ask if there were beach chairs available for guests to use and was told no, so we brought some; turns out there were 4 in the closet- suggest adding a bench and/or shoe rack at the front door for guests to sit, remove and store shoes to try and limit sand spread
